link Game tickets and parking spaces are not the only things in short supply in Dallas ahead of Super Bowl XLV. Dallas-area strip clubs, expecting a boom in lusting patrons, are scrambling for exotic dancers to meet the expected onslaught, TMZ reported Thursday. Showtime Cabaret’s John Walsh told TMZ his establishment is looking for an additional 100 to 120 lap dancers for the big football weekend. One advertisement says, “We Want You!! Ladies, are you coming to [Dallas-Fort Worth] for the big game week? Want a safe, clean club to make the big $$$ in?” Walsh said the 60 or so Dallas-area strip clubs will require approximately 10,000 strippers combined. Officials from Arlington, Tex., home to Cowboys Stadium where the game will be played, said they expect 300,000 visitors for Super Bowl weekend.

Funny article. I assume the free clinics in the Dallas area will have to request additional resources to accommodate future demand of their services in response to this demand of more strippers. Stay safe fellas.

Wonder if any of the Cowboys cheerleaders will take a job since they tanked and could`nt play in front of their home crowd for the Super Bowl...
And for the money that most people are spending to go see the game... how the heck could they afford to waste money on a lap dance ?

Really? A stripper for every 30 visitors?
Ah, Texas. Your objectification of women is so cute.

I agree, that's ridiculous. They gotta get that ratio down to 1:15 at worst.

Personally, I hate waiting more than 5 or 10 minutes for a lap dance.

In all seriousness, Man I wish I could go have a drink or 2 without putting myself into a coma .... It's been so long since I could have a drink I've almost forgot what one tastes like. Last time I went to my doctor I tried to tell him that Absolut and Cranberry would be good for my kidneys and bladder ..... but he said to just drink the cranberry.

The people that are spending cash on airfare, hotel, rental cars, tickets, parking, strippers, and food for the Super Bowl weekend aren't the type of people that are unable to pay their current bills. They're rich. They'll be fine.

Grass is always greener...I suppose.
As someone that can drink, I find myself wishing I wasn't allowed to drink when I wake up after a long night, if you know what I mean. So maybe that equals us out.
I don't drink often, but there's usually one night a month where the conditions are right for me to have more than 1 drink (like 7 more ).
I've recently stopped drinking beer, unless it's just 1 or 2 while eating. Beer hangovers seem to be my problem now. Maybe they get me too dehydrated. Wine, jeez...I can drink a whole bottle and feel 95% by the time I wake up. And liquor and spirts, I can't touch the stuff.
Back on topic, maybe that's why certain cities will never host a Super Bowl. It's not whether you have a domed stadium, enough hotels, or even the climate to attract huge amounts of travelers....it's all about the number of strippers in the area.

Strippers in Vegas usually fly in from wherever they live for the weekend.
I'm sure there will be a similar situation for the Super Bowl.

I remember flying back from Vegas on a Monday after being out there for a bachelor party.
I'm pretty sure 90% of the women in line in front of me at security were heading home after performing their "weekend gigs."

I'm in the same boat. The older I get, the worse the hangovers seem. I haven't had a beer in months (mostly due to the fact that I can't have just one) for fear of feeling like crap the next day. Lately, the only drinking I do is to have a glass or two of wine with dinner. I'm sure not extending the family legacy!

So I am assuming since there is no mention of a hooker shortage that they have that covered?

Funny story: My neighbor was in Dallas for a Playboy shoot and she called me today asked keep eye on her place for another week. And of course she's a dancer too.
