Anybody else here fans of Minecraft? I have been playing for a few months now, and love it. Most I've played of any game in a long time.
For those unfamiliar with it, it is a sandbox type game where the entire world is made up of blocks. You can destroy and build pretty much anything. You start off with nothing and have to build from there using the resources around you. The game is still in Beta so there isn't much of a narrative but thats part of the fun. Almost like a virtual world of legos. There is a free version you can try on their website, its the classic version and is limited but you get the idea of the game.
In the main game you have to survive the monsters at night while building your resources and exploring, there are also servers out there were you can play with friends online.
