Here's a link to Kirwan's newest mock

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d81...n?module=HP_cp2

It has us getting AJ Green (sounds good to me!), yet picking up Martez Wilson in the 2nd round.

If he's seen as the BPA, this makes great sense. But there's three guys I'd like ahead of Wilson in this draft. Aaron Williams from Texas (who could be a CB and replace Eric Wright if we decide not to re-sign him), Mayock says he could play FS too which would be good; Stephen Paea, or Kyle Rudolph (who could come in and slowly take over for Watson who is getting a little old I think).

I'm not as big a fan of Evan Moore as everyone else because as I've said for awhile, the guy can't block. IMO a TE who can't block really limits what he can do and really hurts our running game. Unless we're gonna be the Patriots and pass the ball on every play, it's a big liability. It was my issue with Winslow in the end (knee issues made him go from my favorite to expendable) and it's the same with Moore. Watson blocks. Evan Moore needs to figure that out to become a good TE. Rudolph is in some ways just too good to pass on. Rudolph is my third out of these choices though.

May be an O-Linemen like that guy from Baylor who was a rugby player or Cannon or that guy from Villanova. I don't really see any RT's who could start right away for us unfortunately

I like Brandon Harris - CB - Miami if he is there in the 2nd... and is the BPA.

In the second?

Because he's not worth the 6th, and won't be there in the 2nd...

The only way IMO we get Green is if Cincy takes a QB.

My wish list (assumes Dareus and Miller are off the board) at #6:

#1 Peterson - Won't be there.
#2 Green - Probably won't be there.
#3 Bowers/Fairly - Both have question marks.

With Bowers' questionable knee and the boom or bust factor with Fairly, sadly, this will be another draft for us that is no slam dunk. Fairley may be the safer pick.

1. Panthers - Newton/Gabbert
2. Broncos - Dareus
3. Bills - Peterson
4. Bengals - Newton/Gabbert
5. Cardinals - Miller
6. Browns - Green

That is a totally plausible scenario.

Agreed, it's plausible, but if they don't take a QB, I think they'll take Green as opposed to going defense.

I don't know. They do have a history of taking heavy guys from Alabama. So, if Dareus falls to them, they might go that route.

It would shock me to see Dareus fall that far.

they only pick 4th. it's certainly plausible (though I do think Dareus is the best DL in this draft and hope he doesn't go to Cinci)

1. Panthers - Newton/Gabbert
2. Broncos - Peterson
3. Bills - Newton/Gabbert
4. Bengals - Dareus

ugh. can't we go back to the days where either Bowers or Fairley were going #1 overall?

I'll be surprised if the Panthers don't take Dareus, very surprised if Denver doesn't, should he fall to them, and absolutely shocked if the Bills don't take him should a miracle happen.

I'm thinking it wouldn't suck if we got Fairley. And thinking it's likely we will. We just have to hope, if we do, that he's not a one year wonder.
