Warning !!!!! to all parents and grand parents.Don't buy the kids Moon Dough. This has to be the messiest junk ever put on the market. The pictures on the packages are deceiving. This stuff crumbles up like a dried out cookie.Worst thing I have ever bought for the grand kids.Have to get their mind off of it long enough to pitch it in the trash.

That's what it looks like in the pictures on the box,but it is real dry and crumbley. You try to mold with it and it crumbles all over the table and floors.Really messy stuff.Trust me on this one.A waste of money. Just want to give a notice on the stuff. You will want to throw it away too.

Well, my daughter is past the play dough age, thank goodness. But if the stuff is supposed to be like that, is it possible you just got one that had "expired"? Make new play dough.
Again, I have no idea what this thing even is - but if it's play dough - or was supposed to be - just make some new. It's not hard.

I guess you will have to buy it since you don't want to take my word for it and no it's not expired and it isn't like play-do.They advertise that it never dries out. Just trying to give people a heads up is all.

Chill out!!! I asked a couple questions - is that a crime? Relax man.
And no, thank you, I won't be buying it. Not because of anything you said - and if you said it was great I wouldn't buy it either.
Relax man.

Do you eat the stuff, or does it just look like stuff you might want to eat??
Kind of reminds me of some old candy cooker my kid brother got for Christmas one year. It had these little tin molds that looked like spiders and what not.....you poured this goop in to the mold, closed the lid, then had this crappy tasting candy in the shape of bugs.
It tasted between a cross of Jugie Fruits and electrical tape....leaning decidedly towards the tape.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn. GM Strong

I bought this stuff a while ago for my niece. After playing around with it for a while, I basically came to the same conclusion as Harley-- that it was messy and pretty much junk. She loved it though.

I was curious, my kids are a bit old for it but it almost sounded like he might have just gotten an old dried up batch.. I was wondering if anybody else had a similar experience.
