Nice to win a couple 1 run games for a change.

This is a good weekend to get things turned around, Cueto on the mound tomorrow and the struggling Cubs coming to town on Monday.

The Dumpster seems to pitch well against the Reds and not versus the rest of the league for whatever reason.

I really wanted that sweep today, they never play well in SF and LA. It's a tough schedule the rest of the month (Toronto, NYY, TB) aside from Baltimore. This could define the season.

I've watched Dempster's past few starts. Except for the StL game, he has had real good placement on his pitches and his movement has always been superb on his fastball. He's actually been really good 3/4 starts after his first 2 stinkers to start the year.

He's the veteran version of Carlos Carrasco. All the tools to be a dominant pitcher, but just not consistent enough to actually become one.

@ lack of offense.

Reyes and Morrow looked more like Halladay and Hamels against us.

Excellent outing from Arroyo.

We stranded a ton of runners again today but got enough across the plate to get the job done.

Now lets sweep those damn Yankees.

Did you hear them say in post-game that Bronson wears contact lenses that are sunglasses? LOL, wild.

No I missed that.

I flipped over to TBS as soon as it was over. The Red Sox are hammering the Brewers.

Nice win today and a great performance by Arroyo. Hopefully he's nearly recovered from the mono he suffered in spring training.

Big series with the Yankees starting Monday.

Dammit, I thought for sure we were going to win tonight since I was going and we were 3-0 in games I attended this year.

Freakin Yankees bringing bad luck to town scratching Cueto from his start. I really really really really really really hate them.

Ahh wish I was there tonight watching this pounding.

How about Chris Heisey? We don't need no stinkin' left fielder.

Phillips was stroking the ball last night, is 99 points above the Mendoza line now.

Good outing by Leake. If you give up zero runs, you stand a good chance of winning the ballgame.

It's because Shep invaded the Indians thread and posted some pseudo-smack.

The baseball gods are watching ........

Cueto deserved to win, but so did Price.

Fun game to watch though, I always enjoy a good pitchers duel.

It's unfortunate that Longoria just started to pick his game up over the past week.

If that were true the Indians would never win another game.

Disappointing game tonight. Another very tough pitcher tomorrow.

I did my part to cheer on the Reds tonight.

A good game they should have won..... Cueto was almost perfect on the mound.

I want to go tomorrow, but knowing that Shields is pitching for TB and Volquez for the Reds, will have to sleep on it, that is a tough matchup for the Reds.

Stupid mistakes have to end soon if this team is going to contend in the division as the season moves on.

Finally a series win. This team needs to get some consistency going

I hope the Reds get swept this weekend. That would be consistent with the first time you guys played the Tribe, so you should be happy too

I can't believe we beat Shields either, and with 10 k's it wasn't like he was off his game.

Bruce wears the golden sombrero on this day to go along with a dismal month. I wish this guy could find a happy medium.

Well, the bad guys are taking the cup home this year. I suppose we don't want to be hogs about it, they haven't gotten to take it home in a while.

The Reds will take it back next year.
