Well theres going to be football this year i can smell it........lol let me provide my inside advice as what is going to happen this year ...... 1. Cleveland Browns 10-6 you say 10-6 what look easier schedule qb in place finally and a great front office puts us with a division title this year .... 2. Baltimore Ravens 8-8 Joe Flacco after that postseason play well suffer a bad season until his confidence grows again and baltimore suffers a average season. 3. Pittsburg Steelers 7-9 As much as i would like to put them last its not happening But they will have what you call superbowl hangover like they always do and have a bad year .Big ben will be average since he has nothing to prove this year and is comfortable in his role and nobodies is on his but like last year. 4.Cincy Bengals 5-11 Oh boy what a mess here losing there receiver in T.O and having qb issues down there they would benefit the most with no season this year but its not happening so a 5-11 season is in the writing in cincy Let me know what you guys think

I think there is almost no way there are 16 games this season.
Best case (IMO), Late August / September creates pressure which forces a deal to be made. Training camp for September, games start the second weekend in October. 10 game season (could be 11, but that would be a weird number. 10 'sounds' like a better number).
Other predictions:
8 or even possibly 10 team playoff. I say 10 because the top2 seeds may want their bye week still and that would allow "play-in" games to the 8-team setup.
Owners largely 'win' but players get more concessions such as rookie contracts are shorter (and time to UFA shorter as well), no more franchise tag (but something similar with a compensation system for a team that loses such a player in place), etc.

The Browns, Steelers and Ravens are all going to go 9-7, the Bengals will go 5-11.. In the tie-breaker the Ravens win the division, the Browns capture a wildcard and the Steelers are left out. I also predict that Christy will be a coward and most people will chime in to tell you they can't make a prediction this early before the draft, the FA period and the conclusion of the lockout because the algorithm they developed to use when performing non-linear geospacial analysis of the probability of various outcomes throughout the NFL season does not allow for those variables.. (ie. they take themselves and their predictions way too damn serious and can't just have fun with it)

Way to early to predict without having a FA or draft first.

Dude. It's a message board. If you don't at least make an attempt to make sense with the english language it makes things difficult.

You Cleveland Clowns crack me up,10-6? You have a revolving door on your head coaches office & this year you will have yet another one. If the Bengals are less Carson Palmer & have to start over they will have a tough year. So Medmann has invented a new term to describe the Bengals & Browns this year "Mutual Assured Blowitude". Predictions: Bengals = 6-10 Browns = 6-10 P.S. - Shouldn't we at least wait until after the draft to make predictions? If Palmer does return & we go back to a run based offense the Bengals go 10-6 instead of 6-10, it could happen.

This thread just went from bad to worse.
I'm agreeing with Medmann.

I always knew there was something about Christy .......

Do you pet the troll first? Buy it dinner? No wonder they keep coming around!? Somebody has been feeding the stray trolls around the board and groping them. Good werk if you can get it, I suppose. LOL
