Anyone picking this up/plan on picking it up? Its supposed to rain all weekend and the GF is out of town thinking about picking this up. I loved the first one and this one is getting incredible reviews (94 on Metacritic).

Picked it up yesterday on my way from work, so far its incredible. Every bit if not better than the original. It's a lot of fun, the puzzles are great, on some of the more difficult ones you really have to think and use some imagination to figure them out. I've avoided walkthroughs when I'm stuck thus far and force myself to figure it out, which I feel is rewarding. Esp since most video games nowadays dont seem difficult the way they used to.

The story is really good as well, very engaging. I find myself laughing over some of Gladous's comments. If you enjoyed the first one I'd say this is a must.

Finsihed Portal 2 over the weekend and started on the co-op campaign. Overall the one player campaign was awesome. Every bit as good as the first, the final boss fight was a bit on the easy side but fun none the less. The end song isn't even 25% as "Still Alive" found on the first game.

Co-Op so far is a TON of Fun! I highly suggest fans of the game to check it out, its worth it.

I, too, played the co-op over the weekend. It was addictive and FUN

The levels with Cave Johnson were absolutely funny. I struggled with the first game and with the exception of maybe two levels, maybe three on Portal 2, (which took some serious head scratching on my part till I had that AH HA!!I moment) I knew what to do this time around and just enjoyed the game immensely.

Thats a great deal for a brand new game, esp one as good/fun as portal 2.

and if you play it and trade it back to amazon a cpl days later, you can trade it in for $28 bucks. so its REALLY cheap
