Some of the finest museums in the world are within 15 minutes of downtown.
I never really appreciated it that much when I was there (though I enjoyed them in my youth).
But, moving away, trying to find a decent Natural History Museum has been infuriating. You would think PHX where a bunch of dinosaurs have been found would have one, not really. Went to Houstons this past weekend and was thoroughly unimpressed (though they had a cool section on oil drilling).

Some sort of family fun park nearby would be helpful as well.
I've always thought that the lake front - north of the railroad and where the east bank of the Flats used to be, would make ideal ground for a water/amusement park.

Man I miss Geauga Lake. They still haven't done anything with that property and a lot of the rides are still there including the Big Dipper.

Yep, they just need something to pull it all together. The casino can do that .... if the damned politicians ever get out of the way and let the will of the people proceed.
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.
