LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Actress
Pamela Anderson has filed for divorce from rap singer Kid Rock after four months of marriage, a pair of celebrity magazines reported on Monday.

"Pamela filed for divorce last week," Anderson's publicist, Tracy Nguyen, told People magazine. "It wasn't a happy Thanksgiving."

Nguyen was not immediately available to comment or provide further details.

A second magazine, Us Weekly, said the divorce papers cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason the two broke up.

Canadian-born Anderson, star of TV shows such as "Baywatch" and a Playboy magazine model, and Rock, whose hit songs include 1998's "Devil Without a Cause," were married in late July aboard a yacht near the French Riviera city of St. Tropez.

Anderson, 39, and Rock, 35, had been involved in a long, on-again, off-again relationship that began as early as 2000 and ended back in 2003 before starting up again.

"Yes, I'm finally getting remarried ... I'm in love. I'm happy," Anderson wrote on her Web site, pamelaanderson.com, back in July. There was no mention on the site of the divorce papers being filed on Monday.

Earlier this month, celebrity magazines also reported that Anderson had a miscarriage, but that could not be confirmed.

Anderson had previously been married to rock star
Tommy Lee of the band Motley Crue, with whom she has two children.

Actually, Kid Rock is a very nice and humble guy who just loves music. Nothing mean about him - I worked in the record biz, I know first hand.

I'd tell you it, but Hollywood ethics codes prevent me from saying too much on a message board.

Forget about this news. I'm looking forward to seeing No Country for Old Men and There Will be Blood when they come out in a few months. I've seen the trailers for both and they look really promising. Add me as a friend on MySpace if you agree.

I hope we do, I created this t-shirt and think it could sell in very large quantities.

IDK, maybe we should hold out for Clausen in a few years. Let's ask Diam what he thinks.

I think that we should sell out for Jamarcus Russell.

Even if it costs us the next 5 1st round picks, it'll be worth it.

Trust me. <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Derek Anderson is going to lead the Browns to a 10-6 record and throw for 3800 yards and 29 TD's this year, so I'd say no.

throwing to who? all we have at WR is the local boy we just signed who might be washed up now (JoeJ) and that bust of a draft pick who cannot hand onto a ball to save his life. the fact he's from Michigan just makes it worse.

Don't worry guys, Derek Anderson isn't going to beat Charlie Frye out in PreSeason. Charlie will be opening day starter guaranteed.

please, there's a better chance the Cavs make the NBA Finals. It would take a plague of midges for the Indians to contend for anything.

I agree, that would be like the possibility of the Indians have back to back Cy Young winners and then trading them for nothing.
