I tried to post a story from cnn, but when I hit post, it came up that i am a spammer, ban me. What is that about?

Not sure, but something in it probably tried to link to one of the sites that we were getting spam from (the rash of Chinese spammers that we've had)... most notably jersey sales sites.

Well, it blocked an article from FoxSports ... so maybe it needs a bit of tweaking ......?
It is infuriating to do every single thing right in posting an article ....... from legitimate sports source, to link, to inclusion of all credits, etc ......... and post it and get "I am a Spammer, ban me."

I agree completely, and I hate that it did that.
If I knew which article, I might be able to figure out what it was that falsely triggered it and tweak the script accordingly.

OK ..... that didn't work.
Go to foxsports.com and search for "Crowder". One of the top links will be about his selling his uniform shirts that cannot be called a "j" word or the link gets deleted.
Crowder hints that he sold his Gators "J" (uniform shirts, or an East Coast state starting with "New", but not New York or New Hampshire)

Is there an answer to this issue? I understand that you want to keep the spammer/jersey sellers out .... but there has to be a better way that this.

Uh, yeah... the answer was that if I know which article it is that triggered it, I'll look into it and see if I can figure it out. The short answer is this: There was nothing in the article itself that triggered it; it was triggered by the posted URL to the article itself. However, because of how it is happening, I'm not willing to make any changes to the code right now. I'm not sure that there is a good way to code around the issue to allow for an isolated story like this while still blocking the spammers; and I'm not willing, at this time, to remove the filter that is in place. Basically, there is no resolution to it right now... though I'm tossing around one idea that **may** do what I need.
