a number of people voiced displeasure with the QB flex spot, so what I did was reset the draft and set it for tomorrow night (wednesday) at 7pm.
I cant do it on the weekend as i have 2 already, so tomorrow night at 7pm is the redraft!

I think that is BS, everyone that drafted Live knew what was going on cause it was talked about in the chat. I think people are just unhappy how they drafted!!!

He added the position without asking the league. I knew I would miss the first half of the draft so I set my draft line up based on 1 QB. It was an unfair advantage. Quit whinning bc you drafted Cam Newton (fail).

I suggested just removing the QB flex position. The commish thought it better to just redraft because some people made the point (which was a fair point) that removing the flex would have adjusted the way they drafted.

that is true.. u may have drafted a 2nd QB a lil higher than u would normally.. i guess.. I still have like 5 WRs/5 RB's on my roster, so my initial thought was to just do the easy thing and fix the flex slot.
o snap.. i just realized I have another fantasy draft tomorrow too.. dang.

Yeah, I am not going to be able to do another draft tomorrow. We already had a set time for the draft, so I don't really think it is right to just spring a new draft on people a day beforehand and expect everyone to be able to make it.

Yeah I agree, would have just been easier to remove the flex position and let people fix their rosters by dropping QBs and picking up a WR/RB/Te that they wanted, or make trades which are always fun IMO. Frenchy is always making trades so I was little surprised he was in favor of a redraft.

i heard redraft more than i read just drop the flex spot (admittedly I wasnt at the draft because I had a basketball game to play and my gf ran my draft for me, but this was the feel that I got, if need be I can move the draft date.
I looked and I dont see a way to re-instate the way the draft was draft...I'll push the draft back.

i apologize for all inconveniences...
From what I had read, I read re-draft more often than i read eliminate the flex spot so that is the direction I went...I'll move the draft back to thursday at 730...

Here's what I wrote in the K9 forum:
I never thought it was an attempt to "rig" anything on your part.
I do think that one person feels he had a crappy draft so the moaning started immediately.
My position is this: I logged on 10 minutes before the draft and immediately saw the change. So did everyone else that showed up for the live draft. If a person wasn't going to be able to be at the live draft you'd think they'd have checked the rules at least a day in advance to verify that nothing had changed. I say keep everything as it was 30 seconds after the draft. I can even live with keeping the draft and losing the QB flex position (I agree, I think it would be interesting). But if we re-do the draft completely just delete my team. I'm not doing that and I'm not setting up for an "absentee" draft. No whining, no moaning, no hard feelings but no more drafting, either.

theres not gonna be a redraft...i have all of the rosters still and will fill them in...its kinda down to a vote to keep or remove the qb flex spot
