I have way more sense than to bet hundreds of dollars on football every week .......
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.

I keep seperate funds aside for gambling.
I never gamble money I can't afford to lose.
Been doing it for the past 5 years. Whenever the season ends, whatever money I have from my "gambling fund" just sits in a savings account until the next season.
It's just entertainment money to me. Makes games I usually wouldn't care about fun to watch.

I don't bet much college, but I love betting pro. Hard not too living in Vegas. And there's nothing wrong with gambling as long as you don't bet what you can't afford to lose. And you don't have to bet much to make it fun. You're right, it's a form of entertainment.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

I usually start the season betting heavy, then adjust depending on if I'm winning or losing.
If I'm losing, I'll go down to like $20-$50 a game.
If I'm winning, and have more money in my funds, I'll up it to $100-$200 a game.
Just depends, really.

I go just the opposite. It takes me a few weeks to get a feel for the teams and players. So I start small then get bigger as I get more confident of how things will turn out. Of course, confidence in gambling is just a mirage. Although I have gone on some decent streaks.

3 years ago, I bet every single college bowl game.
I went 31-34.
Best run of my life.

31 FOR 34 lol. If 31 AND 34 was the best run I've ever gone one, I wouldn't be gambling anymore

I think Georgia is going to have a time with BSU... and tough call on LSU... I'd probably give it to LSU because it's going to be a home game for them.... and that defense is SICK
also tough call on the Ol Miss game... though I do think Ol Miss will pull it off...
been a great weekend of college ball so far!
How about Auburn?? They are going to get LIT UP! in SEC play!!!
And ND down 16-0 at the half?? Wow... didn't see that one either. thought that'd be a close game

I played a betting slip with: Boston College (-3) over Northwestern ... Auburn (-23) over Utah St. ... Michigan (-14) over Western Michigan ... USC (-21) over Minnesota ... Notre Dame (-10) over South Florida ... Georgia (+3) over Boise St. ... 1-5 ... damn, cost me $2.

i had a nice saturday.
took one on the chin friday night i played the under, i think that thing hit in the 2nd quarter.
got northwestern +4 although wasn't happy when i found out afterward persa wasn't playing... they still won and played awesome though. that is turning into a decent program.
got a wash on the michigan game, had them at -14 but 55 minutes needed to be played for action.
hit the under in notre dame, ended up playing both big ones correctly, boise -3 and lsu +3. it said a lot to me that boise was favored in a virtual road game/hostile environment. proved that they were a better team. boise is legit.
and i just barely missed on the s. car e. car game. i'm up about 2 units now which is always good.

If you win more power to ya.
But personally, I always do a free pick 'em on yahoo to remind myself why I don't gamble on football. I was horrible yesterday.

Yeah when I said Marshall +1, I obviously missed a "2" in there lol.
Original line was +21, not +1. I got it at 22, though.
