Your town became a symbol of a failed game of chicken with Art Modell.
Did you mean Palmer / Brown?
Quote:
You speak of Marvin Lewis? Umm how many coaches have the clowns had that have fallen on their face, and I'm only talking about the ones who've been around since the team came back.
Cincytucky ... Settling for mediocrity since 1968! A .500 season? That's acceptable ... let's go with the status quo!
Quote:
You see Cleveland fans are easy to smack because in order for them to say anything of relevance, they have to reference sitting in front of ole grandpa's stoop and listen to stories about the days when Jim Brown and Otto Graham played and there were only 12 teams in the league.
Please tell us the stories of your championships! Oh how I yearn to hear how second best was good enough!
Quote:
Is that clear enough for ya? Now go away boy, ya botha me! Oh doo da day!!!!
Clear as a red haired rifle ... or should I say red rider bee bee gun?
"Believe deep down in your heart that you're destined to do great things."
By Cincinnati standards, he's a football god ........
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.
You throw out Eric Steinbach for your criminal smack!? He was a Bengal when he was arrested. He had to come up to Cleveland and wash off the Bungle filth. Too easy, you say? You should try (not saying you'll succeed, obviously) to avoid Bengals when you're talking smack on a Brown's criminal record. This just shows how messed up in the head you really are. Did Jerome Simpson release his entire stash and emergency hoard of marijuana into the Cinci atmosphere. That would explain your weak smack. Or that you're a Bungles fan, and we really shouldn't expect any better.
We may have to remember back a while for our good times, but at least they exist? Tell me about your championships.. Cinci has dug themselves a hole of suck so deep they'll never get out. At least we can still see the light of day in ours. What has Mike Brown done to better your franchise recently?
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.
Quote: I love the whole "well you haven't won anything since the Bengals have been in existence". Only Bungle fan would tailor his or her argument like that.
The Browns have a 20yr. head start over the bengals and you claim bengal fans argument is invalid?...only a clown fan would tailor his argument like that.
Bengal fan is right, when comparing the two teams, Clown fan can't play the "won more championships" card because the bengals didn't exist. However, the bengals at least have played in a Super Bowl. You clowns are one of 5 teams left that never played in one. You are such losers.
I'm not tailoring my argument, I'm presenting facts. Who cares when the franchises began? Seriously, you think that has any relevance to the point?
How freaking stupid are you?
It's a fact, the Browns have championships, the Bengals don't.
Game over, you lose.
#bungles
Umm...yes junior, It's a fact browns have championships and bengals don't ...it's also a fact the browns have had a 20 year head start..so it is stupid to play the "more championships" card agaist them. Since 1967 both of have been bums. It would be like Steelers fans smacking the Texans or Jags for having more championships than them...unlike you we aren't stupid. The Texans were formed in 2002.
If you don't stop acting stupid, I will not come here anymore.
This should end the Bengal fans posting on here, but it probably won't. 3-2 playing a game they should win and they cannot sell out. Heck, I'll bet that most of the stadium of the fans that do show up wear blue (as Indy is pretty close afterall)
Two fourth-quarter comeback victories by the Cincinnati Bengals have produced a lot of drama. It just hasn't produced a lot of ticket sales.
The team announced in its weekly news release that Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts is not a sellout and will not be aired in the home market cities of Cincinnati, Dayton and Lexington, Ky. The Bengals are currently 3-2, one victory away from matching last season's win total.
This marks the seventh straight time that a Bengals' home game has been blacked out in the local television market. But the streak could end in the Bengals' next home game, a Nov. 13 meeting with the Pittsburgh Steelers (who generally bring a large crowd with them).
The Bengals began the season with the smallest crowd for a home opener at Paul Brown Stadium. They followed that up with the smallest crowd (41,142) in the 12-year history of the place. That's more than 20,000 empty seats in each of the first two home games of the season, which is likely the same setting for their third home game this Sunday.
A joke of a franchise? Take a look in the mirror Clownies, of the two teams you are the only one with the experience of a team moving (bailing) out of your city. You just finished the "Cupcake" portion of your schedule & you are all of 2-3 right now & in sole possesion of LAST PLACE in the division.
Cleveland has only had 1 playoff appearance since their birth in 1999. Cleveland's last playoff win was in 1994. Cleveland is the ONLY team in the NFL to have never played in or hosted a Super Bowl. The Bengals have beaten Cleveland 15 of the last 18 meetings.
And you say the Bengals are a joke of a franchise, look in the mirror Clownies, Look in the mirror!
P.S. - Enjoy the division cellar AGAIN Cleveland Clowns!
I'll give your team credit ..... they are playing a lot better than I would have expected.

well, the good news is that Cinci fans are starting to support their college team more.
Quote:
Saturday, noon, college football, Louisville at Cincinnati. Attendance: 40,971. Sunday, 1 p.m., pro football, Indianapolis at Cincinnati. Attendance: 52,068 -- and it absolutely didn't look like that many
Quote: Cleveland is the ONLY team in the NFL to have never played in or hosted a Super Bowl.
So of the 4 or 5 teams to have never played in a Super Bowl, all but the city of Cleveland has hosted one? Interesting stat that I never knew.
I'm pretty sure that has more to do with it being an outdoor stadium in the winter. Detroit and Cleveland aren't too different of cities. If they've hosted one, it's because it's in a dome.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

There's a lot you don't know.
Thats right clown fan, there are 4 teams that have never made it to a Super Bowl...Detroit, Jax, Houston and lowly Cleveland.
What makes Cleveland all alone is that the other 3 cities have at least hosted one. Cleveland manifests itself as a joke in so many different ways.
He's #1 around here in that department and we all know it.

What does THAT have to do with anything?
Pittsburgh has never hosted a major national convention for any major political party... Unpatriotic bastards.
I say that we take them all out to face the firing squad.

.
In case you're not acting dumb, I'll spell it out for you.
The Super Bowl is a football game that pro football teams play in.
The Cleveland Clowns are a "pro" football team.
The Clowns never played in a Super Bowl.
Only 4 pro teams never played in a Super Bowl.
3 of those four at least hosted a Super Bowl in their city.
What all that means son, is that your pathetic piece of dawg crap city/team will never ever get near a Super Bowl...not even to host one. They are forever banished from the SB and as far away from one as possibe..into suckdom for eternity. Woof Woof.
