You have apparently never seen a small child run out into the street from behind a parked car.

I would also guess that you don't have any small children.

The man who is yelling at you quite likely has experienced both of these things.

I knew a man who hit a small child doing less than 20 mph. Child died. Man committed suicide a few months later. The family believed these were directly related.

You are speeding. Slow down. YOU are beyond an "annoying" neighbor, you are a menace to the safety of the families living in your area.

Ahh you live in condos? That explains the 15mph speed then. I can see it if the drives are somewhat narrow and the parking areas are close and line the roads, making seeing a small child run out from behind a parked car hard to do.

Now if there is a main road that other drives attach to and the main road doesn't contain parking spaces and such then it should be 20mph. You can always take it up with the HOA. I'm sure your not the only one that thinks 15 is too slow.

Speaking of irritating neighbors. My neighbor drives about 40 mph coming out of his driveway. He scours the neighborhood looking for diseased wood that he can throw into his wood burning furnace that smells awful when he burns it, so we can't open our windows at night. And when he uses his snow blower, he shoots the ice chunks against our house. The kicker is this guy is from Canada!
