Im not sure what is going on with the line..

As far as Fickle...I take my hat off to him..He was put into this position to fail...He's taking all the crap...That Tressle and Pryor left behind...I do beleive he's doing his best to save any respect left for this team...jmo...

Tough call " B ".... getting a player experience... or losing at home with no points against a big ten team...

I agree he is trying his best. He doesn't have a lot to work with, but I don't like the QB changing as well as the play calling in general. Putting a pocket passer in at this point is stupid...our line is horrid. What is up with the line? Going to be a long year....

Not sure why anyone would expect anything more than what we are seeing from this team. Of course, I said that at the beginning of the season and the "experts" on here were telling me I was wrong....

Actually, I'm kinda glad I went to the Michigan game with my wife and daughter (daughter's first Michigan game - yeah, she's an M fan like my wife - I failed in that respect).

Here's a fun drinking game idea.

Drink every time Bauserman throws an incompletion.

That was a nice throw by Bausermann.

With all of the ducks we've seen today, that was right there on time, and in stride.

Really some of the worst offense I've ever seen.

I was really impressed with Braxton Miller in HS. Gotta think he'll get better as he gets more experience. Then again, can't get much worse.

I will say that I think Cardale Jones, who went to Glenville, is going to OSU next year. Maybe he'll make a play for the starting QB job.

That was a damn nice onside kick try. Buckeyes just couldn't come up with it.

At least we scored! We'll make sure to reminisce about it after eating orange slices, drinking Capri Sun from the coolers our moms brought.

How about taking a drink whenever he drops back to pass, has plenty of time step up and make a throw, but still ends up getting sacked.

One of the ugliest Buckeye games I have ever watched.

I've never seen a QB like Joe Bauserman who's passes die before they get halfway to the intended receiver.

Mark down losses for the Wisconsin and Nebraska games. I think this is the year the streak against Michigan comes to an end too.

Will Urban Meyer be on the sidelines for OSU next year?

The job is his if he wants it.

Regardless, I think they land a big name coach.

Luke Fickell is not fit to run a powerhouse program, and I think anyone who bought into it was only trying to convince themselves.

Some good news. We just gotta suffer through this year. Our defense will be championship caliber next year. We'll lose Sweat, Moeller & Nate Williams but return everyone else. The secondary will get better with experience.

Let's face it. The defense didn't play horribly. You give up 10 points, you expect to be in the game more than OSU was.

Andrew Luck will never put up monster inflated #s in college but my lord. You can just tell when watching him, the guy is an NFL QB playing in college.

You know what our problem is?

Boy isn't that the truth. He's a man among boys right now.

I'm the first one to normally say we have way too many holes to fill and build through the draft that I love trade downs like we did last year, but there are two reasons I think that way.

1) You save money by trading back
2) Draft picks are a crap shoot, so just playing percentages, the more picks you get the better chance you have of hitting on some of them.

The problem with that theory this year is

1) The rookie wage scale basically eliminates the big problem with #1
2) Andrew Luck is as sure a thing as there can possibly be when it comes to draft prospects. The last player I felt was THIS "ready" was Calvin Johnson and Luck obviously plays a much more important position. Simply put he's the best pro prospect I've seen in my 30 years.

So what that means is...in THIS draft...with THIS new CBA...with THIS QB...I trade the whole freaking draft and half of next years if that's what it takes to get this kid. And after I turn in the card, I call the draft an immediate success.

Oh did I mention he's graduating in 4 years, from STANFORD....with a degree in ARCHITECTURE. Oh and he was valedictorian of his HS. You think Colt is smart? I don't think anyone will ever be Peyton smart when it comes to orchestrating an offense but this kid has the chance to be close. Oh and he's 6'5 240. Oh and he runs a 4.6.....I could go on.

Going into the season, I was thinking 4-5 losses on the year, is 6 an option?

Apparently when I left Columbus 2 weeks ago, I took the Ohio State offense with me. This has to be the worst 3 weeks of passing offense in the history of The OSU.
