I wouldn't go that far ..... but that was clutch.
Yeah. It was impressive that he threw it 40 yards in the air while throwing across his body while on the run, but that throw was uggglllly. Kid looked like he was fielding a punt when he caught it.
I'll take it though!
Now, back to watching Andrew Luck being clutch.

Luck drives them down the field for the tying score.
Man I would love to be in position to draft this kid.
Actually, Barkley looks pretty decent too.

Nice game 10 play drive lead by Luck to tie the game.

I love Lane Kiffin trying to argue that he called a timeout out INSTANTLY after his WR went to the ground before the LAST SECOND ran off the clock...

It's always amusing when the guys calling the game, even vets like Herby and Brent Musberger, forget the basic rules of the game they're calling. Dude from USC's knee was clearly down before he reaches the sideline. So he's down. But it was a running play and he didn't reach the first down marker, so the clock continues to run. Basic football knowledge, guys.

We may be witnessing the birth of a legend
The guy makes plays, and his cutting ability is nothing short of impressive.
If I recall Troy Smith was more of a runner his freshman year wasn't he? Maye we can see something like that with the right coach.
Fickell almost had to live down a worse melt down than the Nebraska game. I'm glad he didn't have to but.....

Terrible tackling (and stupid penalty) by Stanford D could cost them the ball game.

Something the kid has worked on getting better at, because he has a tendency to throw hard balls.

I think that I would take either one of these guys.
Man, what a throw by Luck for the TD!
Going for a 3rd OT after just squeaking an extra point through.
What a game!

Triple Ot, and now they have to go for 2...
Standford's Kicker almost made them wish they had...

Wow, barely made it. Didn't want to see this game end on a missed extra point.

Boy, that TD was just too easy for Stanford.

Can we just draft the entire Stanford offense?
Part of me thinks they'd fair better in the NFL than ours does...

Man, these offenses are just flying down the field in OT.
Big play after big play after big play on both sides.

Wow! Stanford wins on a defensive play with a recovered fumble!
What a great game!

Wow, what a heartbreaking way to lose. Should've had a TD but the kid doesn't know where he's at on the field. Then you fumble it away.

Luck's legs adds another dimension to his game, but Barkley is a pretty good 2nd choice.

Yeah, it would have been nice to see it come down to a 2 point conversion.
We finally got a chance to see Luck bring his team from behind.

Maybe it's just me, but I love a big defensive play as much as a big offensive play.
The defender for Stanford made a nice play getting his hand in and dislodging the ball, forcing the fumble.

Geez, who came up with those uni's? Those are awful.
I'm not usually a fan of throwbacks, but I actually liked those uni's last night. I like the darker battleship-gray better than the silver that has replaced it over the years.

Whether you like the uni's or not, they won a hard fought game in them last night, so keep them on.
