I LOVE burgers. I love fast food. McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, even Dairy Queen - and Arby's, and some others I can't even think of right now.
With that said - about the only time I eat at any of those places is when we're driving to vacations, or home from vacations.
The new Wendy's thing looks good - the old Wendy's thing looked good. I LOVE burgers. I just don't hit up fast food places very often. And, when on vacation - when driving - first thing I look for when it's time to eat is: how easy is it to get into the place, and how easy will it be to get out of the place. (driving).
With that said - I pass fast food places absolutely every day. Just don't eat at them. IF I eat lunch, more often than not I'll pull into a gas station that sells bananas. Nothing like a 12 cent to 18 cent banana for lunch. Damn cheap lunch. IF I eat lunch.
And I'll be the first to admit - when supper comes around, I'm an eater! But during the day, as much as I like fast food - I just don't eat it. Not even from a health standpoint, certainly not from a weight standpoint - I just don't. Makes me sleepy.

It is kinda funny though ... the beef looks as though it's not pressed like the old days when I worked for them. It used to be that the beef patty was pressed 4 times on both sides.This one looked as though it wasn't pressed at all. It was really good though.
I may have another one later this month.  (especially since I have another coupon)
Okay, I'm certain I didn't have a new one...mine was flat and square...same old pickles. Bummer.

They're still square ..... just thicker.
The pickles are crinkle cut and really crisp instead of the old, flat ones.
I did read somewhere that not all restaurants have rolled out the new equipment yet. I guess they have to either replace or adjust the grills, and added the new bun toaster.
