May this year be a whole lot better than last year ...... but not quite as good as the years to come.

Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.

And Merry Christmas!

New Years predictions. Coast to coast overnight has new years predictions.

Here are 2.

With all the ado about the end of the world sometime in 2012, I think it is not as dumb as other years to make the prediction that " with each passing day of 2012, we will get closer to 2013.
So at no point will the world end in 2012, or the calender stop anyway.

Prediction #2
I think the major amount of people, at least in middle America, will begin refering to the year verbally with the phrase stated " twenty " 12, and no longer will anyone regulary refer to any of the furture years this centery as " two thousand and " 12, 13, and so on.

If it hasn't happened yet, I predict it starts this year and doesn't go back.

Hooray.!!

And if Indiana .. can beat Ohio State in Basketball

and if Blackburn can beat Manchester United in soccer, then the Cleveland Freaking Browns can sure beat the Pittsburgh freaking Steelers in the same weekend.

Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

Happy New Year, crimestoppers. I just put our pork roast in the slow cooker (7-8 hrs), and will be adding sauerkraut for the final hour. Boiled redskins with parsley butter, and whole green beans to follow. Now, if we could just add a win over the Stillers ...

Try sweet sauerkraut instead, ad brown sugar and apples. Was the only way Mom could get us to eat the stuff as kids. now, I'll eat it as is. But, my pork and sauerkraut on New Years Day is my sauerkraut balls...pork sausage, sauerkraut, cream cheese-formed into balls, then baked in oven. Yummy!

We had a kid make a big thing of sauerkraut in our dorm in college. I thought there was going to be a lynch mob formed.

I am unfamiliar with this feeling of optimism

Hahaha...I still think I'll pass, but thanks for trying to help. I'm not a fan of fruit in my food.

Sauerkraut is not my favorite, but I have had it before cooked in the crook pot with brown sugar, bar-b-q sauce and ribs. Very simple to make, and when the ribs are cooked so they fall off the bone...very tasty.

The brown sugar does wonders, makes it sweetkraut and with the ribs and bar-b-que sauce a decent combo.

It does have to cook all day long, so the smell can be overbearing, not so bad if you have the crook pot outside on the back patio.

I haven't did that in a long time, may have to try in again soon.

Sorry for getting off the topic.

HAPPY NEW YEAR BROWNS FANS!

I like sauerkraut as bitter as possible, but I hate the smell. Both while cooking and after ingestion. Combined with 4-6 beers, most keep their distance Jan 2nd.
