Totally ruined what was a really solid game in my opinion.
It was a patch. The "comeback" wasnt added, it has always been there. I am pretty sure its a "trait" for only certain wrestlers. I don't see that often except against a few guys (Cena & Triple H come to mind).
Its a part of wrestling though, certain characters have always had that "comeback" trait like Hogan, Warrior, Cena. Its not all that hard to stop really. All it does it make them not groggy, you can still just nail them with your finisher and pin them right away.
Personally I like it, adds another element of wrestling that was never previously in its video game counterpart.

that makes sense, because it suddenly showed up as I am now in the second part of RTW which uses Triple-H.
Also, I can't say enough, the presentation and graphics for this game are freaking A+, maybe even like a Christmas Story A++++++++
It looks real, I know people always say that about new games, but this game honestly looks about as real as a video game can look. THQ did a masterful job with this and I honestly can't wait to see how 13 looks in 10 or 11 months.

Yeah, they really did, the presentation was ridiculously improved, feels much much more like a TV broadcast.
FYI, there is also some more DLC that was released today (or will be released today when PSN updates). Old School Kane and Brodus Clay are free.
There is also a Legends pack with Macho, Batista, Mick Foley. Not sure how much that is though, I bought the DLC pkg when the game came out to get it all together.
If you have a Universe mode going and want to download the DLC, let me know, there is something you need to do in the settings so you dont lose your teams, rivalries etc, if you arent doing a Universe then it doesnt matter.

even with the 2 free guys? I normally don't pay for DLC stuff outside of the occasional map pack if it has ridiculous ratings.

Yeah, even the free ones will mess with your universe. You have to turn the autosave feature off, then download the DLC then turn off the PS3 and back on, then you can go back and turn auto save back on.
For whatever reason if you dont do that it will mess up the stables, tag teams, allies etc in your universe. Had the same issue last year.

Downloaded all the free stuff last night, old kane, that fat guy, and one of the divas.
Old Kane>>>>> newer Kane
Finished off the second leg of RTW, thought it was a much better storyline. Lol @ Miz in a wheelchair.

I have only done a little bit of the RTW, started with Sheamus, I think I got through 1 PPV so far.

I have only done a little bit of the RTW, started with Sheamus, I think I got through 1 PPV so far.
The first leg is ehh, I dunno I just don't like Sheamus. The story isn't horrible. It's basically him and all the other wrestlers from the UK winning the belts and running the WWE. The second leg with Triple-H is a lot better. I just kinda wanna get through leg 3 with the made up character. I can't wait to start universe mode.

Its like a "season" mode basically. Every week you have Raw, Superstars and Smackdown. Along with the monthly PPVs. You can edit the cards how you like, put the belts on who like, edit the shows if you want (say you want WCW Nitro or TNA or whatever you prefer). They incorporate cut scenes to help tell stories and develop feuds and what not.

I'm the Bills (I just scrolled through and randomly stopped on a team)
Playing someone who chose the Patriots.
I get the ball first. 4 minute drive ends with a FG.
He gets the ball, 2nd plays throws an INT.
Screen freezes.
You have lost connection to your peer.
I mean, I get the win, that's great and all.. I'm glad it doesn't effect my DNF because that's something I pride myself on (0%)
But what the hell is the point in playing if you're just going to quit after your first drive?
Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

Yup, that's why I don't play online, 80% of people that give up a score first quit on you.
What they should do is allow people to leave a mark on those who do that. So people know before you even start a game that he's ducked out of a game x amount of times.
With that said, I'm so addicted to WWE 12. I feel like I need to be in line for 13 at midnight when it comes out.
Still unlocking stuff, but I wanna create my own guy and integrate him into universe.
