If we don't score and win it here IMO we're not ganna win it, our Bellpen is falling apart.

According to Tom Hamilton on the radio broadcast, Perez's fastball was 90-91. Normal for him is 95-96. Plus, he was pitching behind in the count all inning. It could be he wasn't ready, after being injured for most of spring training. In which case, why bring him in? Pitch count, schmitch count, Masterson deserved a shot to finish.

Odd....I thought Carlos Villanueva was an NBA player. I didn't know he was a two sport star.

You know how quarterbacks will take their OL out to dinner or buy them gifts? What's the opposite of that? I think that's what Masterson's going to do with the Bullpen.

Maybe he should buy Perez a haircut and a shave... If you look like a bum and play like a bum, you're probably a bum.
I want the Cleveland Browns to be my pallbearers so they can let me down for the last time.

Ha ha ha....no problem. My sarcasm doesn't translate to this board very often. I need to start using the purple text more (official sarcasm color).

It must suck to be a starter, pitch how Jason did, the save is blown, and then say your team comes back and wins, and now you have to celebrate another pitchers win...

Dump in his shoes before he gets to the clubhouse.

it should be 60/40 and the Jays pen was terrible last year. I still think we win this game.

I may just be overly conditioned to Cleveland's inadequacies. I'm still holding out hope, nice job by Sipp to get out of that one.

Wow.
He had just thrown 4 straight balls.
And you swing at the first pitch.

I really like the new/old Blue Jays jerseys. The logo's also much better.

I'm glad they added the Maple Leaf to their logo... Cause I always forgot they were from Canada...

I always thought they were from Torrington as well. They've got really angry Blue Jays there.

I agree.....I didn't see the game, but am just replying to your post.
Sorry, you don't just guess he is going to groove one...you make him throw a strike.
If I was the manager, I'd fine the guy as much as I could.
Play the friggen game by the book. If you do that and have good players, you are going to win 90 games. If you do that, you are going to be there at the end.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn. GM Strong

What's worse, neither team has a pitching staff that is tired. They can go through their entire roster.
