No way Miami doesn't win it all this year.

they might. I think it might be hard for them to adjust in the Finals to a team that has been run through the ringer in the West and is playoff tested. But, whatever West team that is better take advantage early in the series (and it'll depend on which West team makes it through)
but, with all the injuries, they are one Wade mis-step from fighting for their lives too (he's the most likely because of his size and style). I'm not rooting for that (I want to see them lose at full strength again), but I can't discount anything in the East this year. It's crazy.

If a team not named OKC, LA or San Antonio represent the west Miami will cruise.
I genuinely believe OKC has the talent to do it.

of course, all of those teams are up 2-0 and the only other team that could match up with Miami (Memphis) should be up 2-0 if they didn't choke away game1 to the Clips

Chris Bosh may miss the game because of his child being born. It sucks that he will miss the game but that is more important. I actually like Bosh because he's the only guy on that team who's not a complete ..

ugh, I went to one of those games in SA. The one where they were down huge, by like 27 or whatever and got it back to 8 then threw the ball out of bounds off varejao.

yeah, I went to game2 in SA. Never felt like we had a chance in that game. They were just so efficient on both ends, while we were "inefficient" to say the least.

I agree, no way Jeff Goldblum lets him off the island alive. Also, despite his short arms Trex is quite a formidable predator.

Miami winning it all, Labron getting his ring.....the sound of that, dosent do anything to me, I could really care less about Labron, if he wins..good for him...now will you go away....take your tarnised, mean nothing ring and disapear.....Dont bring it back to Cleveland and think were gonna be impressed by him showing it off, we dont care, just go away.
Weather Labron wins or dosent means nothing, not like when Ray Bourque finally won a cup in Colorado, even tho I hate the Avalance, seeing Ray raise the cup as a moment I'll never forget, or even seeing Payton win a super Bowl or Drew Brees winning the super bowl holding his little son, those are moments, not Labron winning, who cares not gonna watch. I'm pretty sure him winning it will be the opposite of him going away...
I just hate that OKC, SA, LAL or whoever in the west, is probably going to have to play 3 6 or 7 game series, while Miami will probably play no more than 5 a series...
I really hope Rondo can grow up a little bit and Boston can make the ECF, I think they are Miami's best challenge left in the East

I agree. The main reason less people care about how he handled things is because he's just not nearly as good.
Sad thing for him is that he went from people thinking he might be a top10 player in the NBA (due to stats collected on a bad team) to people realizing that he's only a top20 player.

After winning that title, it looked like the whole Mavs team quit. As if, all they wanted was one ring to validate their team and owner. It's their right, they don't have to be driven for 5 titles. And when they let Chandler go and replace him with Odom....that doomed the team too.
Oh well.

The Mavs also have only about $33 million in salaries committed to next season. They will probably sign Deron Williams to go along with Dirk and still have room to sign (re-sign) other guys. There was a reason they let Chandler go, it was to build for the future. The Mavs were lucky to win the championship last as it was. There was very little chance they were going to win again.

I said it last year, I'll say it again, you can't depend on Carlos Boozer or Joakim Noah to show up when it means something in the playoffs. Noah thinks he has some kind of respect from everyone because he was a 2-time champ in college, and Boozer is a flat out quitter. That dude could care less if he wins or loses.
Sorry Miami haters, but those guys have a freaking cakewalk to the finals. Maybe that will be a bad thing.

I think Rose is a SG that's really good at creating for others, but is too short to play 2...
TRUE PGs are a rarity now adays...
I don't even consider Kyrie a "true" PG...

Is there such thing as a hard fought sweep? OKC/Dallas felt like a 7 game series in 4 games... Things like that and Miami basically cruising versus NY can actually mean something late in the playoffs... I would also like to point out, the last two years the defending champ has been swept... Last year, Dallas swept the Lakers, and went on to beat Miami in the Finals... ...Just sayin
