Right, I didn't mean anyone that we HADN'T seen enter Terminus already. Should've clarified.

I agree. We think alike there! I also like the girl with the pigtails, but can't remember if she's still alive or not?

The lady manning the grill had Beth's sweater on I think. Not sure if that means anything or not.

Tyreese/Carol/Judith have seemingly not arrived at Terminus either.
That is my guess as to how they are going to escape - with help from them.

I didn't catch that. It further helps my idea that I think they'll find Beth partially dismembered (legs, arms removed, etc) and alive... just waiting for people to finish her off for dinner.

Beth was wearing a Polo shirt from the Country Club when she was taken,

As for Terminus, obviously cannibles. 1) you saw some human carcasses. 2) They said the more people that showed up the stronger they get, as in a food source. 3) They said "Don't make us kill [Carl], Now....as in we will kill him later. 4) there was food plates and powder milk outside the train car, gotta fatten them up.
Yeah and it keeps the meat fresh, the cannibals have no way to refrigerate so keeping them alive makes even more sense.
Rick doing his best Mike Tyson impersonation was one of the best TWD scenes to date. Very dark, very awesome.
I guess I was more disappointed with being left hanging about terminus.
But the scene where Rick gutted that guy was amazing. "We are gonna beat daryl to death, have the girl, then the boy, then kill you". I like rick again lol

The mid season finale was good. But it shouldn't have even occurred. They had to do it over because they botched the ending with the Governor the first time.

Yeah, I was so tired of "mopey" Rick. I preferred it when he was strong and in charge.
I still see-saw on Carl. I don't know if it's the character or the actor portraying him. I just can't take a liking to him.
Glenn is getting on my nerves. He has become like a puppy following Maggie.
I still think Michon may be my favorite character as far as how she seems to have maintained the same demeanor throughout, even though she has become more personable than when she was first encountered, she has maintained her "bad-assness" throughout.
This 2nd half of the season was slow, and not as exciting, but they had to lead us up to a new challenge, and most likely their new home when they take down the cult.
We don't have to agree with each other, to respect each others opinion.

Jc So.... You are running a camp to survive against zombies and your plan is to eat people who have the skillset to help protect you? Writers have run out of ideas.

Can't believe I'm going to say this... but the Cannibals plan actually makes sense.
Keep the Group Small
Food is scarce and feeding an ever growing population of people is very difficult if not impossible. More people means more opinions which could lead to fractures in the community (inefficiencies, infighting, civil war). More people also means higher chance of random natural deaths leading to walkers inside the home. This happened in the prison when that kid got ill and died in the shower. The result was a zombie outbreak inside the prison. Harder to account for everyone if there is a large population... so keep it small and under control.
Minimize Danger in Acquiring Gear and Food
Going on food raids is very dangerous with gangs of bad people and the walkers around. Much easier to defend your home position. So set up a trap that lures people into your home. You get new supplies, gear and meat from the victims. Your small group will be well armed as the newcomers will surely be packing weapons.
Gross yes but hey, we're talking about a zombie show.

I don't know why no one in Walking Dead just went and found a Sam's Club...
Cement walls, Food, Supplies...
And the zombie's can't get in without a membership..
Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

I know you are kidding, but what you are saying makes sense in a way. I mean, a huge majority of the worlds population has died or became zombies. Why is there a shortage on food? Do zombies have can openers? There are huge, huge stockpiles of food all over this country.
You may be in the drivers seat but God is holding the map. #GMSTRONG

Not following you here. Are you saying they should have killed the Governor at the end of season 3?
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

I disagree. Food does not have to be scarce. We saw the Terminus folks having gardens growing. That's all they need. Many people today lead happy, healthy lives just eating veggies.
What is very scarce is more people. Can't grow those in a pile of dirt. Consuming the scarcest resource available is just downright dumb.
And really...who is the person who thought of this idea to lure people into camp so they can eat them and steal their supplies? If I was in a group of people and someone suggested that, I would shoot that person right in the face for being insane (just Carol did to that girl). But somehow, a whole group a folks thought this was a good idea and bought into it?
The writers can't come up with anything else about the walkers to make them interesting. They have become a non-issue because the only people left alive after, what...2 years now?... have become extremely efficient zombie exterminators. At least they can add that to a resume.
The only story lines they can come up with are the "crazy people" against Rick's not-crazy crew. First the insane Gov and now the canibals.
My guess is that after they escape this place and kill everyone, the next group of crazy people they come across will have frickin sharks with frickin lasers attached to their frickin heads.
But one can only hope.

Yes. The Governor should have died at Waterbury (or whatever his town was called). If not then, he should have died when he first attacked the prison.

Pardon me for pointing out the obvious, but it is called entertainment for a reason. When it no longer entertains you, just stop watching.

Yeah, and that's how I feel right now. Not even looking forward to the next season....but no doubt by then I'll have lost my cynicism and watch anyway! It just has too much potential to let go and I've invested too much time waiting to see how it all ends.

That's kind of my point...
They've skipped a lot, and added a lot...
Hell they can write up whatever they want...
I HOPE they have an end in sight honestly, as much as I like the show, sometimes ending when everyone loves you makes them love you more...

This is why the zombies need to mutate. They need to become like those in World War Z.

My wife & I have been swearing they're getting faster on the show. She says they should start calling them "joggers." And to add to the Beth discussion. I talked to a big fan of the comics who said the crosses and religious iconography on the car that sped off with her told him exactly which character (not introduced on show yet) from the books took her and that it wasn't someone from Terminus. Can't remember if we have any readers in here.

The show is not about zombies, it's more about man's inhumanity to man. The sometimes find good people, but mostly they don't.
As for food, there would have been huge riots and raids early on, as this has been going on for a few years, and most canned goods would be gone or getting old. Most canned goods are good for up to 5 years, depending on temperatures. I would figure there are a lot of Kmarts, Sams Clubs, Walmarts and other type stores are chock full of zombies. All perishables are gone. Dairy cows are long dead, and any penned up chickens, pigs, or cows are dead. You now have to hunt for any fresh meat or have it come to you.
