Teams put players on their negotiation lists all the time in the CFL (Ottawa Renegades did that with Couch).
Probably a long way from happening, but either way, I don't care what happens with Joey Harrington. What a long drop for him, though.

I'm guessing that means IF he wants to go into the CFL that only the Argonauts can sign him... but he could stil be picked up by anyone in the NFL? maybe? I dunno... weird canadians...

Yup, he's been here, got the tour and the playbook. Even been on the radio already talking all gushy about how this is a good move and all.

Where was it that Ricky Williams went? There's another first rounder going to the CFL.

For the sake of trivia, Ben Gay also spent a short while with the Toronto Argonauts after being released after his pre-season with the Colts.

TC still has the bad arm and can't play anywhere.. kinda mean of ya really..
Ok, if I read this right, they have the exclusive rights within the Canadain league,, but that doesn't mean he can't sign with an NFL team does it?

Tim hasn't given up coming back to the NFL though. (Don't know why) But I still say his best shot is the Arena League, where the field distance is much shorter and it would be better on his arm, but the way QB's get beat up in that league, he might want to reconsider my idea

He played in Toronto too and sucked. Had a hard time with the speed of the game here I think. Or maybe because there is no herb policy.

Correct, he'd be free to sign an NFL contract if anyone would have him.

Yeah I know. I actually liked Tim. He caught a bad break and hasn't recovered. But he still has more money than I do.

Harrington is damaged goods. Spending a couple of seasons in the CFL rehab his mind and image could be just what he needs.
