Heck I don't mind beer spilled on me. (well depends how cold it is). I do hate when people put food/beer on the floor and don't move it when folks are trying to get by. Tht is a sure way to get it kicked over. Even a super sober person has a hard time navigating those tiny rows. Also the People who tell you to sit down, to be a little more quiet, to not have so much fun, the security guards who will hawk you stand behind you but tell you that everything is ok. I agree with the folks about the cussers. I know I have a garbage mouth and I try to watch it when kids are around. As a garbage mouth I actually appreciate it when someone has the guts to mention there are kids around or they don't appreciate it. Sometimes it's hard not to cuss. (and for all the pinheads that would disagree I work on fishing boats in the bering sea....cussing is a way of life.)

It it was all men, I cuss.....but when women and children are around...it is shoot, crap, fudge, darn and dang.....I may say a few others under my breath unless I am with close friends, but never loud enough for the general population to hear.

Cussing in front of kids at a football game, heck the kids probably cuss too!! But, don't get me wrong, I do not cuss in front of kids period. It's just wrong to cause their usually there to watch their Browns play football, not to get drowned in beer, and hear 50 cajillion cuss words.

Losing. "Fans" that cheer when a Browns player gets hurt. (Tim Couch against the Ravens - a supposed Browns fan behind me yelled "Step on his head" while Tim was lying on the ground with a concussion). Fans who think they know more about the game and personnel than the head coach and express their expert opinion every play! gobrowns!!!

What TopDawg and 337 said (except I can't remark about the Club Seats, never sat there).
I also can't stand pinheads who cheer when our OFFENSE is on the field and they ignore the players' pleads to keep the noise level down.
what Nurse said. . Club seats aren't what they are cracked up to be. I sat there once in 03' . Too many suits for me.

Oh I hear you Peen, I TRY to not cuss around kids or women, or folks I don't know. Sometimes I forget that say f#@k is a cuss word, and not an expression of emotion. I have been asked b4 to tone it down, and I was just saying that I appreciatied it. (tone it down cussing wise me an the dad were actually the loudest in our section.) (and it was a friend he asked me to talk to which I did.) Kids don't need to hear it even if they already know the words.

i can't really speak out against the people that don't cheer enough, because with this team, there isn't a whole lot to cheer about... i tried to be as active as possible during that tampa game but when the offense is that bad, and they can't get anything going, it just wears down on the fans as it does with the defense... everyone talks about the atmosphere at muni during the 70's and 80's but you've got to remember those teams were good (for the most part), when the browns are good again we'll have one of the loudest buildings once again...
i really don't like when people take it too far with fans of the opposition... friendly bickering is great if both parties are up for it, but when you start with the namecalling and f-bombs, you've taken things too far...
i also don't like the pittsburgh fans that come in and spew out their garbage about how they're a better team and blah blah blah, and then have the nerve to complain when they hear it from the entire section, i saw that quite a few times in the christmas eve game, and was told by a season ticket holder next to me that they've been doing this for the last few years...
as far as coming to the game late is just the way it is... it happens all over the league, people want to drink but they don't want to pay for overpriced beer in the stadium, you also have to factor in that they've been pretty tight recently with the security so it takes a bit longer to get in...

I have had club seats for several years now and I'm as rabid a Browns fan as they come. The problem with those seats is the corporations who own them and give the tickets to emplyees. Many of these people are opposing fans or are there because it was free. Many of them just LOVE me. lol Last year some older gentlemen sat behind us (the Cleveland Clinic owns 4 seats there) and were complaining when I stood. It's not like I was standing the whole game either - just the appropriate times when cheering/making noise is essential. I just turned around and asked them how much THEY paid for those seats. We pay decent money to sit there and no casual fan is going to tell me what to do! And our ushers Tony & Harvey like me so they are very cool and have my back.

That's where in a big problem lies, you're right. (I don't know if it's this way in Cleveland too but) in Cincy a lot of people see that as a social thing and they go just to be seen. $255 bucks a seat per game is a pretty huge chunk of change to me! I'm going to see some football, not a bunch of stuck up people I don't care about!

Thats true you deserve to be able to complain here. Personally having been to both Cleveland and Cincinnai homegames. Cincinnati's stadium and whole Riverfrom is poorly engineered and makes for a huge clusterf*** trying to enter the game after tailgating (Longworths parking lot is a great time). I also dont like the Bengals jerseys (XFL type) but the field turf looks very sharp especially if youve got good seats.
then the thing in Cleveland is that everyone is so drunk that I always see Browns fans get in to fights among each other. But walking around Cleveland Browns Stadium is much easier, its better designed with more bars. The same can be said about the two baseball stadiums. Jacob's Field has The Batters Eye, and Great American has a water mister for kids in the outfield and that pressbox or whatever it is in the outfield is hideous.
Though from the Upper Deck behind home plate the view of the river and the rolling hills of kentucky is beautiful. Can you imagine the home games during Tall Stacks last October if only the Reds had made the playoffs.

What are these club seats everyone is talking about?
I always get the same tickets when I go to games, section 137. The only thing that bothers me about sitting there is the stuffy old people who huff and puff about people like me who tend to drink like 5 or 6 beers while watching the game..
And I also hate little kids who have to get like a thousand hot dogs, cheeseburgers, nachos, soda's etc. Some morbidly obese family sat down the row from me one time, and they seriously spent more time stuffing their fat ugly faces than actually watching the game---pair that with their choice to wear Wrestlemania Tshirts and that was enough for me to wish they all perished in a not-so-tragic car accident.

Bungles fans are clueless about this type of thing, it's silly for you to even participate. I'm really looking out for your well being too by keeping you from looking foolish in front of real fans. I'm here for you.

I really try to be nice to people. You are the exception to that rule. I don't think I've ever read a post from you that was intelligently thought out or funny even.
When you make comments like wishing a family would die in a car crash you show everybody just how completely ignorant you are. Why don't you do all of us a favor and stop posting like a ten year old.

They're cushy seats in a special section. They cost 6 times more than a regular seat. I don't know what it's like in Cleveland, but here, they have waiters and waitresses that come to your seats and take food orders. There's also a lounge and better food.

Is he breaking the rules?
Some people take this board too seriously, you weren't around when I was saying ridiculous things.
People have their own opinions and it shouldn't be viewed as "Idiotic".
Please remember some posters here show their alter ego, myself included.
I love to be wild, reckless, carefree, and antagonistic here because I can't be in real life. Honeslty, I think Durden is good for this board...conformity sucks
