If we can avoid passed balls and them hitting to Scott Rolen, we should be fine.

It was a tough in between hop. Rolen is still one of the better defensive 3rd basemen in the league.

Well, the loss yesterday put us in a very bad position. Leake coming up, which means Cueto going down and will now be out of the next series if there even is one. Leake is horrible. I don't feel good about anything at this point.

Yea, I hope Leake brings his A game today. Zito has never gotten a win a GABP. Lets go Reds!

You'll win.
I picked you guys to win it all.

Sure. I can't make you "Big" though. Some things are beyond my power. I just think that Game 5 will be best starting pitcher options for the win, and the Reds have better options in a must win game.

Not to worry, nature seems to have taken the lead on that one and doing a fine job.

It's pretty tough to lose your ace and win in the playoffs. The Reds are in trouble even if they win tomorrow.
Today is an example of why the 5th starter never sniffs the playoffs.

There goes working on our bathroom all day tomorrow.
Well, the Reds have hit Cain pretty well this year.
They have not lost 3 in a row at home this year.
And Latos pitches well against the Giants.
But, you never know... Haven't we received enough heartbreak as Browns fans?

It has been a very tough couple of days watching the Reds. Hopefully Latos can pitch a great game tomorrow which includes some good hitting. It is now do or die, come on Reds.......I have a lot of faith they will get it done! GO REDS!

Great scheduling by MLB. Nice to know Yankees/ 0's game 4 gets a prime time slot over our game 5.

maybe we should move Posey into the Beltran category for postseason hitting. his overall numbers aren't nearly as good but it seems like he has gotten every big hit for the Giants the last couple of postseasons (obviously he missed 2011).

Probably because Posey's Grand Slam HR just put the Giants up 6-0.

Opportunity #139384723984293 for the Reds to make this a ballgame again.

3 innings, 3 times they brought the tying run to the plate and they are still down 6 - 3.

Damn. One terrible inning. Oh well... Congrats on a good season. At least you guys made it to the playoffs (something us Tribe fans can only dream about for the time-being).

They had their chances.
Four innings in a row they could have tied the game on one good swing and the final inning they could have won it with one good swing and tied it with a double.
At least they made the post season.

Ouch. Sorry Reds fans.
Seems like a very "Indians" thing to do (losing three at home after being up two games).
If it makes you feel any better, and I know it doesn't right now, but you had a good season and I think a lot of fans would still take your team next year over their own.

Yep, shades of the ALDS vs. Boston (not to even mention the '07 ALCS)

Don't let the Tribe fans bother ya, GM isn't serious and this is probably the first time I've seen Candy even post in a baseball thread.
Buster Posey pictures? Come on Candy I thought you were above that.
