I still can only think of 2 possibilities if they do go with a logo on the helmet ...... those being a "Browns" lettering logo, or a football player silhouette. I would think that the Browns name would be most likely. I am NOT saying that I want anything on the helmet, nor do I necessarily think that there will be ...... but if they do change the helmets, those are the possibilities I can see as realistic.
I do believe that we will see an "updated" and "modernized" uniform as part of the overall image of the Browns. Frankly though, I am past caring about any of this stuff. I don't care about cheerleaders either. I care about winning, and anything that helps get us there is good in my eyes.
I also do believe that there is a psychological aspect to changing uniforms, especially when you have a young up and coming team. It says "We're not that same team that was losing for over a decade. We're a new, successful, and exciting team." Anything that gives us an advantage is good by me.
Good points. I can even see some kinda strips that run on the side of the helmet. I wish I was good with photoshop I'd show you what I mean,, but kinda look at the seahawks helmet,, see how the striping looks like a bird.. well, maybe something like that without the bird of course.
Now look at the pants the Broncos wear, the way the strip is down the side of the pants coming to a point.. I can see that kinda stuff happening.
As for a logo, gees,, I don't have any ideas of my own at all, The word BROWNS on the side of the helmet maybe.. like you said, Ala the Jets with a particular typeface.. dunno,. There's gotta be a million options.

I like what they do now for cheerleaders, having the local high school's represent. Granted its not the Dallas Cowgirls but its got to be alot of fun for them to do an NFL game.
If you need 3 years to be a winner you got here 2 years to early. Get it done Browns.

Here is my take on a logo. We have a logo it is an orange helmet.
It is like we have 3D hologram logos all over the field.
I think Haslam is smart and will see how the fans feel about the helmets and not change them.

You'll see advertising on all uniforms sooner rather than later. I hate that more than ANY logo you might see. Simple whoring...

Actually, I don't remember if it was Sports Illustrated, Sporting News, or ESPN the mag.........just had a little article about this. Said advertising on the jerseys could bring in an extra 100 million a year, and the league is thinking hard about doing it.

As long as its a logo thread. I prefer the logo I designed. Which I call the CB, fireball, turning the corner logo. encircle the letter C and B ( block letters) in a fireball and draw out the c toward the back and the front curvature of the fireball at the front of the B. At the meeting point of the C and B it can be drawn to look like one is facing the corner of a building, with the C going back to the left, and the B going forward to the right, which is the corner which is being turned, into the future. The colors would be some combination of 3 deeper shades of orange, or reddish orange, white, and brown or black. And in some versions, If you draw the 2 curves on the right side of the letter B into two points pointing forward at the front of the fireball it looks cool too. the fireball could be, with an arch, like the trajectory of the charger lightening bolt, or it could be flat, somewhat like the Kc chiefs logo is closer to flat. I would only place it on the right side of the helmut, so the fireball is always facing forward. I guess a comet might describe it too.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

Well because you designed it Im sure it looks cool to you. That being said it actually sounds cool but in the end I dont want anything on our helmets except orange. No offense intended.

I don't know if it would really have that effect, but I do think that's how it would be presented. Not only to a young team, but to younger fans and the tens of thousabds of new "bandwagoners" who relate nothing but doom and gloom with the staus quo'....
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
