The young lady officiating the game looks better than the Cavs do. The Bulls are showing us we have a ways to go before we are a playoff team.

In other words, I should be glad that I took a nap instead of watching it?

Well.. it's the same as the Browns. We are young and have some* talent.. but, we have some work to do.

Andray Blatche? JaValle McGee? Hasheem Thabeet? J.R. Smith? There are lots.
Westbrook's positives greatly outweigh his negatives.

That and they love to turn the ball over. There was an exact duplicate of this game last year.
Bulls defenders get in the face of lesser teams. They back off when they play the Heat and Celtics, but when it's a team they know they can push around, they will really pressure them.
Oh, nice to see Carlos Boozer and Joakim Noah show up.
Oh, I forgot, it's not the playoffs.

This mediocre Bucks squad should help us get back above .500.

How about the Lakers starting out 0-3?

Mike Brown's seat is getting a little warm isn't it?
I think they'll be fine though in a month or two, it takes time to build chemistry.

Yeah, they completely changed their C and PG spots with players who are very different from the guys they replaced.
Then Nash hurt his foot, and I think that I heard something about Bryant being banged up as well.

Like I said earlier:
"Phil on line one."
Giving Steve Nash to Mike Brown is like giving a Ferrari to a 15 year old with a learners permit.

Nash and the Princeton offense definitely don't mix, he needs to run. To borrow from your analogy, it's more like giving a 95 year old the keys to a Ferrari.

2 1/2 games in...looks to me that the Cavs have a playoff caliber starting five and one of the worst collections of bench players in the history of the NBA.

Yup. Starting 5 still needs a SF but still, they're fine. Our bench on the other hand needs everything.

Kyrie with 0.7 seconds left to tie it up!

Wow. Holy crap that was an incredible shot by the Bucks with 0.2 seconds left. Hard to believe that you can get a shot off with that little time left ...... but it looked like he did. Wow, what a pair of shots to end the game.

Considering we have the option to flip draft picks (1st from Miami) with them, keep it up.

Yeah, but that pick is still lottery protected, IIRC.

You're right, and if i'm reading this correctly, the picks goes away if LAL is in the lottery.

Cavs have the right to swap first rounders with Lakers (their own, the Heats and the Kings). If Lakers 2013 first rounder is in lottery, pick is extinguished. (LeBron James trade 07-09-10)

That would suck.

we would still get the Heat pick if the Lakers are in the lottery. it's just we cannot trade with the Lakers.
despite their 0-3 start, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that won't be an issue.

That's right, our second 1st last year was the lakers pick (for the Sessions trade), right? This crap is way too confusing...

yes, the 24th pick we traded to Dallas (w/ the 2nds) to get Zeller was from the Lakers.

OSU vs Marquette to start the year Friday @ 8 iirc on NBC Sports Network
Todd Mayo is not eligible to play. DJO and Crowder were their biggest 3-point shooters last year by far and Mayo was their third-best 3-point shooter.

We're trying to throw the ball downfield and he checked the ball down to Trent Richardson and the Indians on the choice.

Dion looks great tonight.
Zeller hasn't bene in while I've been watching, but I see that he's got 10 points, 2 boards, and 2 assists.
