Lunch is a ham and cheese on Rye and dinner is Italian Sausage and Onions (I skip the onions) sandwich with homemade potato salad.
All bad stuff for me But sunday is my day to be bad. Otherwise, I keep to the diet and keep the Diabetes under control..
But Sunday.. I do it my way.,LOL

Breakfast was bacon and chocolate chip pancakes.
Lunch will be a Swiss cheese burger with fries, toasted bun, and a Sam Adams Latitude 48 IPA.

Western-style ribs with Winking Lizard BBQ sauce, Mac 'n Cheese, creamed corn, applesauce ... and a couple "sodas", for celebrating the Browns' win.
