All of this reading up on players for a mock draft has got me thinking, because every year the day after the draft is over at pick 255+or-; this board lights up with people talking about who the Browns need to go after, who didn't get drafted.
It is pretty much recruiting because the player has to want to come to Cleveland and try to make the team, as well as the Browns have to want to give him a shot in camp.
There is confusion the night and next day after the draft ends as to who the Browns actually sign because there are alot of posts trying to highlight the players the Browns could go after with the (we gotta get this guy) attitude.
So here is a place to tell us about the guys who aren't going to get drafted in any of the 7 rounds but could really make a name and have a career in the NFL. Then we can discuss how they'd fit for the next 2 weeks and the night after the draft focus a little more on who actually signs with what team.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

OSU's Zach Boren, FB / ILB / ST beast.
Denard Robinson, UM, switching to WR to try and make it in the NFL. Could be our next Cribbs. 4.4 speed, very athletic, and very elusive in the open field. Probably gets drafted in later rounds, might not.
Both these guys are really good football players.

I always think all the guys I like will get drafted lol.
Guys that might not that I like:
Madsen, C WVU: I think he's the 4th or 5th-best center in the draft. Strong and nasty
Khiry Robinson, RB West Texas A&M: super tough runner, looks like people trying to tackle a rhinoceros.
Braden Wilson, FB Kansas State: best pure blocking fullback in the draft
Taylor Reed, ILB SMU: started three years at ILB in SMUs 3-4 and is a good pass rusher And solid in coverage
All the other guys I really like that are rated low on most sites I think will get drafted.

I would be surprised if Robinson does not get drafted.

I think Robinson and Hermann get drafted. Actually, I have the Browns selecting FB Braden Wilson, in the 7th round.

Collin Klein. Maybe he can be the next Michael Robinson. If not, cut him.

They have a good team. Where are you planning to catch him play? Traveling up to Canyon or when they visit somewhere closer?

Steve, speaking of defensive stars, did you ever see Chaun Thompson, in person and what did you think, at the time he was drafted?

People ask me what I do in spring when there's no football. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for fall

tough thread...if they are good why are they UDFA???
But I'll put a guy out there: Tyrann Mathieu CB, Marijuana U
just saying. I'd love to take a late flier on Lalich QB, He might not get drafted at all..if he was at the combine all would be talking about him as our 3rd round pick
Defense wins championships. Watson play your butt off! Go Browns! CHRIST HAS RISEN! GM Strong! & Stay safe everyone!

Hadn't even thought about catching a road game of theirs. Good idea. I'll have to check their schedule.

Good place to catch some of those games (streamed) on the interwebs if you can't get to them in person. Ethan Westbrooks is who you're thinking of. He had 19.5 sacks last year. http://www.ncaa.com/stats/football/d2/current/individual/1016Also keep an eye on Taylor McCuller, who had 164 tackles last year.
