Yes, and it will be Arnold Schmidlap, long snapper from NE Louisiana Technical Farmers' College-Lafayette.

Food for thought. Andy Baskin tweets: Quote:

Speaking of, I've never heard so many dudes talking about other dude's "fluid hips" as I have in the last couple days.

I think we're stocking up for a franchise QB unless Weeden makes some huge strides this year.
No idea if it would be Johnny Football or Teddy Bridgewater.

I was kind of ticked off an hour ago, but I want Clowney next year so I'm cool with tanking.

Johnny Football is not an NFL QB IMO...maybe in 2 years but I don't see it

All we have is a 6th and two 7th's.... I don't see any reason to even make those picks at this point. Trade 'em away for something in 2014.
Browns is the Browns
... there goes Joe Thomas, the best there ever was in this game.

Simply helping pass the day!! One thing for sure, great day to make home brew beer watching the draft. Thanks Lombardi!! I'll enjoy this batch during our annual Indy 500 party!!!
Lombardi it's time to bring us a our pro bowl kicker. I see Caleb Sturgis is already off the board. I was hoping Lombardi would get him and punter Jeff Locke.

literally a kicker would be cool. I feel the frustration of many. I just don't think its as bad as many do. I like stockpiling picks. We have strong OL and DL for the first time in a long time. We are solid on the cap. We have young talent. I love our coaching staff. I see a lot to like.

JMO...
Rambo is an OK option. Evans too. I can't comment on Hamilton, Stafford, or Johnson...haven't watched them. I like miles as a football player, but the browns can't draft someone with the Steelers logo tattooed on his shoulder. Jefferson, starling, and Lester stink. Motta is a SS. McDougald is a backup in my opinion. Rather stick with Gipson than draft him.
I like Cody Davis. I'd also take Ray Ray at FS. He's comfortable in centerfield.

I think we take Tyler Bray when we pick, they said they would take a QB in this draft and he is still there, the best of who is still left for what that is worth.

Let's all take a deep breath here and remember that whoever goes here is most likely a depth player, at best.

Poyer can contribute.
Other than that, I agree.
I'm a big fan of Poyer. How he hasn't been picked yet, I'll never know.

You'll probably know by Monday. The reasons guys plummet are kept pretty tight lipped until the draft's over. Then it usually all comes out.

Lot more talent in next year's draft.....we have ammo to trade up now for a stud qb or maybe even Clowney.

People ask me what I do in spring when there's no football. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for fall

Tore his meniscus in his knee in a high school All-Star game and was forced to miss his true freshman season at Notre Dame. Missed the Michigan and Navy game in 2010 with a sprained ankle. Suffered a season ending torn Achilles tendon in his left foot during the third game against Michigan State this past fall.
Injury ravaged career thus far. Interesting selection. Was the 19th ranked safety by ESPN and the 17th that has been drafted.

They probably could not find anyone willing to give them their 5th round pick in 2014 so the Browns were forced to pick somebody.
