Figured we could have a poll in conjunction with Saint's 'Come on, come all' thread.

5-11. Same old stuff. Hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it.

4-12 for me. i hope not, but it's my gut.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

6-10 is my feeling. I think they still need to upgrade a few positions.

We're 4-12 if the wheels falls off and injuries hammer us.
I think we're a 5-11 team on paper.
We're 6-10 with a well-timed defensive stop at the end of a game.
We're 7-9 if we can score a TD or two instead of settling for FGs.

I went with 6-10 on the poll. I hope we're 7-9 or 8-8. And I want to get at least 3 wins in the AFC North.

I figure this team for somewhere between 7-9 and 9-7 ....... so I went down the middle with 8-8.

I think that this team will take a big step forward this year, on both sides of the ball, but certain positional issues (like CB, potentially) will hold us back.

I would have gone 9-7 if Lewis hadn't broken his leg.

5 wins is my vote, 6 or 7 may be possible since the coaching staff seems more organized than past staffs.

6-10 seems about right.

The ball could bounce either way there, but results that mirror last season seem reasonable.

I went 9-7. I think we win the division.

Though I wouldn't be surprised if we go 1-15.

It's tough to call this year.

I think worst case scenario is another 5 win season, which is probably just enough to keep us out of the running for Bridgewater or Boyd or any other QB that emerges as a top prospect.

I think best case scenario is 10-11 wins if we have a season similar to 2007.

Everything hinges on the offense. I think we know what we have with the defense. They're going to get after the QB's. They should be a little better against the run, but they are going to give up big plays. It's inevitable.

I think if Trent goes, then Weeden goes. If Trent struggles, I don't think Weeden can carry the team. I hope I'm wrong.

I don't feel good with any guess, but if I have to make one, it's 7-9 and I think that's the worst thing that can happen.

I want an A or an F from Weeden. I want to know going into next April if we need to go after one of these guys. 7-9 could easily tell you that we still don't know, which for me would still tell me we need to go and draft a QB.

*For the record, mark me down as one of those guys that doesn't think you gradually get better with your record. I don't think you need to become an 8-8 team before you get to 12-4 or anything like that. I think you could easily go from 5 wins to 12. So I don't see 7-9 as any kind of stepping stone. It's about just getting better every year.

Where is the option for 0-0-16 as we set a record for most ties in a season, than all argue about if we finished at .500 or not.

I like your point about an A or an F from Weeden .. I agree. I want him to 100% prove that he's our guy or fall flat on his face.

I've said that about our last 3... 5... 8 quarterbacks... I'm tired of having somebody that "might" be good, we just don't know yet.... so we waste a couple years trying to find out that he's not the guy... Then generally this costs a coach his job and we end up starting over.... I'm really hoping that doesn't happen this time.

So let's just hope Weeden throws for 5,000 yards 35 TDs and 10 INTs ... and we win the Super Bowl

It's crazy that I went blind and said 7-9..

but if you play the schedule game, I see the chance for the Browns to win 10 games.

I know you shouldn't play the schedule game, but you also shouldn't just say 7-9 because it's the Browns. Things do eventually change.

Guess we'll have to watch!

I hope that every year... with every QB we have... some year it will happen...
