I for one am glad to have the board back and running. I've missed it, especially during the turmoil that has gone on during the first 3 weeks of this season.

THANK YOU! to Purp for going way out of his way to get this back up and running! I owe ya a beer bud.

Yeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Thank goodness the boards are back. Trying to negotiate Browns Chat and figure our where I left off was giving me a tumor.

The posters there were nice enough though.

Yeah, I had 2 closings, put 3 new properties under contract for sale and I got a new listing yesterday for a commercial property in the heart of town for $960k. Been a busy few weeks to say the least.

Keys, I also stayed in Marathon for a night while the board was down My parents spent last weekend there and my wife and I crashed with them for a night.

Do you have cash sales down there? Apparently it is extremely difficult to buy a house up here because people are taking less money in cash sales because of work having been done to houses without permits. Without a bank financing, the house doesn't have to get inspected by the bank. Don't think I'll be buying a house around here anytime soon!

Not much really.. Been quiet. Wife and I are getting along better. She said I'm learning to open up to her.. Otherwise, it's been quiet..

Thanks Purp!

Heck of a lot better with this hip replacement. This one seems to work. But, given what she did for a living (retail) she'll never work again. She can't seem to stand for long periods of time.

She did get her disability approved right away.. I guess that's nice.

thanks for asking!

HOOORAYYYY

I've been at such a lack for news! Dawgsbynature has done a good job getting me my news but clicking all sorts of links and reading full articles instead of reading reaction to it was such a drag! And getting only like 1 story rehashed 5 times was brutal.

Thank goodness this is back. Is that pathetic? IDC, Woo.

thanks Purp!

I found it full of muppets. . there are some freakin' idiots and trolls over there. I think the average age over there must be like 12 or something.

Anywho, great to be back, good work Purp.

I went over to the Browns Chat to see what peoples' reactions were after the Richardson trade. It was a disaster. I don't see how people actually use it. I guess they don't know what they are missing (although I did recognize a few names).

Oh I think this place would've lost its nut as well....but I think the spamming posts of wishing the Browns to lose, and TRich to tear it up, and screw the Browns, i'm rooting for Cincy LOLOLOLOLOL would've been a hell of a lot less. A lot of . behaviour from so many quarters there that was pretty hard to stomach.

Great to be home.

I had to laugh the night of the Trent trade ... I kept imagining this board and the discussions.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I experienced an extended period of "the twitches" while my favorite Browns fansite was down. I've grown to not only habituate, but rely upon this site as part of my online social routine.

I came to this site after the original DawgTalk msg. board went down. When I singed in, it was like I never skipped a beat.

Our boy Prp undertook a monumental task when we needed a Big Dawg to stand (TF) up for us. He created-out of thin air (and his own knowledge of web design/ internet protocol-this place for us all to gather, and cement our community.

We all owe him a public debt of gratitude. This site is truly a "gem found within a vast rockpile."

You contributing Dawgs are the polish that burnishes the gem, but Prp is the man who uncovered the stone, and presented it to the rest of us, to make of it what we may.

This post exists to give up magaprops to the one man whose vision, dedication and passion has made this fansite the "go-to" destination of the best Browns fans on Planet Earth.

Clemmy bows deeply to his hero, PrplPplEater.

Well, I was about a day or two away from solving world hunger, eliminating poverty, curing all diseases and organizing my office. But, now that we're back, I'll never get it all finished.

I'll admit that I clicked on my bookmark nearly every hour hoping that the site was back up ... especially with the events of the past two weeks. It may sound weird, but coming here on a Sunday night after a loss kind of consoles me. Thanks for getting it back up purp.
