I admit that I am very, very concerned.

Good job on 3rd down there. Now we need to get the offense re-engaged.

Can I say that I REALLY hate the empty set on 3rd down?

Why remove the secondary run with the pitch man from the offense in those situations? Miller either passes or runs it, and they can spy him s he's all alone back there.

They figured out our offense. We've been trying to figure out that offense for 2 weeks now, with no luck.

MSU played a great game ... but we let this one go. Choked it.

How does a league celebrating its 100th season only recognize the 53 most recent championships?

Florid State is gonna mop the floor with any team they played in the title game. I just hope we're lucky and make a BCS game.

We'd probably get stuck with Alabama

Our coordinators are awful. I hope Urban axes them this offseason. Fickle has been lost since when he worked with JT.

The Buckeyes stood up and punched Michigan state right in the mouth, knocked them down, took the lead, but Michigan State got right back up and punched back and knocked the Buckeyes out.

OSU did some stupid things as far as play calls, and the defense was horrific, but Michigan State played really well and forced the issue.

Congratulations Sparty. Go represent the B1G 10 in the Rose Bowl well.

Anyone going to talk about how they had 4th and 1 and Carlos Hyde didn't get stopped for no gain on any carry all night long?

Coach really let the team down. You could have won by double digits if Hyde was given the ball more up the middle.

My gosh, I can't remember a year where the Buckeye Offense only ran 6 plays all season.

My media question. " Coach, do you feel you let down Carlos Hyde on that 4th and 1 call?"

Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

I shudder to think what Jameis Winston would have done to this defense.

Florida State vs Auburn in the National Title game. Florida State will be the favorite but the SEC gets a chance to defend again.

If this happen next season Florida State, Auburn, and Alabama would be in the playoffs. Who would be the 4th team With Ohio State, Missouri, and Oklahoma State all losing today who do you think would get the 4th slot?

Baylor, Stanford, or Michigan State with their big win tonight. I think if I was on the committee I would pick Sparty. Same arguement Auburn used last week. If Auburn had the best win of the year vs Alabama then Sparty had the 2nd best win tonight.

Baylor or Sparty would probably get it and I think it would go to Sparty... They should be the 4th team in the country IMO.

I don't know. Each game is a different day. I think OSU could have beaten FSU most days. FSU is much overrated. I think Auburn will run all over them.

FSU is not overrated. They have about 20+ guys that will play on Sundays.

Look back in history. Carlos Snow ran in an Ohio State Bowl win, where he had about 75 runs, and that was the whole offense.

And another thing. They should have Started Guiton about 7 games ago. But that's only my opinion.

Just a projection that I feel 90% confident in.

It's going to be:

NCG: FSU v. Auburn
Rose: Stanford v. MSU
Fiesta: Baylor v. UCF
Sugar: Alabama v. Oregon/Oklahoma
Orange: Clemson v. Ohio St.

So I guess it depends on whether the Sugar wants Oregon or Oklahoma. I think the Orange Bowl is the only BCS bowl game we haven't won.

I was thinking the same thing after they failed on that 4th down play. Too predictable and not ready for primetime. FSU would have destroyed OSU.

I guess the ACC gets a crack at stopping the SEC streak.

I had our company Christmas party to attend and only got to see the second half.

My question is, how many times can opponents throw the ball back across the field to a wide open ball catcher with nothing but space in front of them?

If I'm Ohio State's first cupcake next year, it's virtually the only think I call until they prove they will keep someone there to stop it. If Braxton Miller is nothing but a running QB and won't or can't throw a pass, make him a RB. No more of this run the ball with him with and an empty backfield crap.

I'm seriously beginning to question Urban Meyer. Great, win those games but what I saw against Michigan and Michigan State was Shurmuresque. Pathetic coaching.

That is all.

I'm sorry, but I don't agree with that. I saw poor coaching. Pathetic coaching. You said it yourself, the play-calling was horrible.

I don't think it's the players. It's the coaching, not the players.

If I could, quite honestly, I would consider firing the lot of them and bringing in someone else. I know that isn't going to happen. I will say right now that as long as the same coaching staff is here, this team will NOT win a national championship. It may not win a B1G championship either.

I agree with you about Guiton and Carlos Hyde was neutralized by Meyer near the end of the game. He simply stopped running the ball with him.

He is 24 and 1 at Ohio State.

He was successful at every other place he coached. He won the national championship. He put Utah---yeah Utah---relevant. What have they done since?

Did I mention he was 24 and 1?

And you compare him to Shurmur?

Really?

The game was very frustrating. We were so close. The defense was exploited once again and while Miller made some great plays, I think we relied on him too much and didn't take advantage of other strengths.

Michigan State deserved to win the game. Now, we have to sit around and listen to even more criticism of the team we love. You go 12 and 1 and yet people act like it was an unsuccessful season.

I don't feel that way. I'm not saying you shouldn't feel that way, but I think they had a very good season and I am still proud of them.

And it sure as hell beats rooting for a team like the Browns who have double digit losses every freaking year. A team like Purdue had an unsuccessful season. We were successful. Too much emphasis on there only being one winner. It's become obscene.

I agree. It's just frustration or foolishness to start questioning the coaching staff. They went through 2 seasons undefeated then lost on the bigger stage. Teams can have a bad day or simply get beat by the better team, I don't know which case this is, but it doesn't make sense to sit there and talk about what should have been done. Meyer is a damn good coach.

Who else are you going to get?

If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.
