Good Point.

I believe Sheard is the key factor. He can play both DE and OL. Having Bryant and Sheard at the ends with tackles Taylor and Rube make one heck of DL. Mingo, DQ, and Kruger playing LB. 3-4 or 4-3 makes no difference that is still a good front seven. Love to see Browns add more talent at LB.

I also believe Browns continue the philosophy playing multiple fronts.

For people worried about Krugers contract. There's only $3.86 million of dead money on his contract after next season so I imagine he'd be a lock to get cut then probably.

I've been trying to think of how to explain the LEO position. It's a hybrid-style defensive end who lines up in a two-point stance on the line. It looks like a 3-4 defense. That's because there are only three down linemen, but principles and gap responsibilities from a 4-3 defense remain the same.
