grab Just cause 2 multiplayer on PC for $2

How does multiplayer work for that game?

Is it 2$ on Steam?

it's pretty sandboxy. It's actually a mod to the game, not done by the developers but the physics are crazy and it supports thousands of players

Goodness GTAV is crazy good. I'm 19.5% done and I'm just overwhelmed. This is fun.

Has anyone ever reached 5 stars before? I hit 4 many times but get shot way before I can get to 5. And I've never got away after hitting 4 stars either. They always shoot my tires out and surround me. Tough, tough, tough.

I had just beat GTA V, it was the last game I played on my PS3 before selling it.

What a way to go out too! Rockstar is such a fantastic gaming/developing group!

I've gotten 5 stars quite a few times, but I don't think I've ever lived to tell the tale. Steal a fighter jet and hang around the military fort after you take off, that will get them going.

I also find it very hard to reach 5 stars. Usually it's pretty easy to get to the 4 star level with shooting cops, peds, and causing chaos. But somehow I always get done in by the helicopters and multiple swat teams that chase after me. There was this one hilarious time when I did have 4 stars and called up a blimp company to deliver a zeppelin. I hopped on the blimp, went up and away, and was able to evade the cops and all of my stars. I thought that was pretty funny. I'm also at about 19% completed and this game has surpassed my expectations. I mean it is Rockstar but they really outdid themselves with this game. IMO its easily better than GTA IV.

it's definitely better than IV.

So-so storyline, not being able to fly, a map that seemed a little too small...

And there were really no fun side missions. A lot of stuff, like killing the pigeons seemed so tedious...

I've put a lot of hours into this game and I have yet to even start scaling the bottom of the ocean...

Not totally sure, but I do know that you need to finish a particular mission before you can buy a parachute, so I bet the scuba stuff is the same.

I need to get that blimp code out of the case. I find myself with a huge to-do list every time I load the game.

1. Get tattoo's for Franklin
2. Buy Trevor a tuxedo
3. Paint a car to look like a Browns helmet (the muscle car with the stripe)
4. See how many people I can knock off an ATV with my car
5. Lower my golfing score
6. Check on my stock portfolio
7. Kill Michael's son
8. Paint Franklin's bike
9. Buy more property
10. Run more flying missions with Trevor

endless.

SPOILER WARNING.

I think I'm right there...we're robbing a tanker in the port and we need to do it after we sink it.

Not a computer game, a card game.... I've been playing a fair bit of Cards Against Humanity lately.

You will pee yourself laughing with this game.

We've been trying to like Call of Duty Ghosts, but honestly the Call of Duty series has almost played itself out in our household.

We tried to play Battlefield 4 online but playing on my daughters Xbox live account, we weren't able to play online due to the M rating. When we set up her account we put her real birthday in, stupid us.

Now we are looking for a good simulation, role playing game.

I have the same problem with my son. He has to use my gamertag in order to play BF3 (and soon BF4) online. There's no way around it from everything I've read and he doesn't want to start over with a new gamertag.

You should start a franchise with the Browns in Madden. It's the only time you'll ever see them in the playoffs!

I had the Browns winning 12 consecutive Super Bowls in Head Coach. I usually did it without a first round pick (I traded back for picks) and I never had a losing season. My first season I went 8-8 and then ran off 12 consecutive Super Bowl victories.

Played the first episode of Season 2 of the walking dead the other day. I like it so far, but it's a little hard to play it from the perspective of a ~13 year old girl. Other than that, so far the story is going in an interesting direction.

I've also been playing Forza 5, Dead Rising 3, and (with my 4 year old) skylanders swap force and Lego Marvel Heroes or whatever it's called. The lego games are always fun.

I can understand, but I don't really have a problem with it.

I mean how many 13 year old girls can bite a guys finger off and give themselves stitches?

Us Playstation people got to play The Last of Us, which is similar to the Xbox exclusive State of Decay from what I hear/read. The Last Of Us was the BEST game I played all year, and right below that was GTA V!

Last of Us and State of Decay are completely different. State of Decay is more of an open world sandbox zombie game while Last of Us is a linear storytelling game. State of Decay is fun, but Last of Us blows it out of the water.

Interesting, I was basing that on the articles/reviews I read. I don't and never will own an Xbox so I never played State of Decay. I am a fan of zombie games, Resident Evil series are a "must play" in my book! If there is ever a sequel to Last of Us, it too will be a preorder/must play lol...

I play a bit of everything on steam.
I have like 33 games mostly RPG and Action adventure titles.
I was a MMORPG guy but finally kicked the habit.
Witcher series.
Fate.
Mostly spend time modding up Skyrim.
I also play sadly some Candy Crush Saga on FB.

This is true. I'm sure I'll adjust. In season 1, I felt like I could play as me. Now I'm not making decisions as me, but how I think I would if I were her, just not 100% in tune with it yet.

Ok, so I got a few games for Christmas, the new Batman and the Last of Us.

I've put about an hour and a half into the Last of Us so far, and I've gotten very annoyed with how you almost helpless against these clickers? Pretty much if they see you, you're screwed because you aren't even allowed to defend yourself. The only way I have figured out how to beat them is if you sneak attack them, and for that you need a shiv which you are limited to what you can craft.

Does the game get better? Seems way too trial/error right now.

Haven't popped in Batman yet, but I'm 100% sure it's going to be awesome, like the last 2. Rocksteady is amazing with this series.

The Last of Us is the best game I personally played all year. Dabble into gamer/user reviews, and you'll see many, many people will agree with that assessment.

I set my games on hardest level setting, and I can't recall many situations where i had to replay a mission a few times or thought it was impossible to play. Explore a lot, you'll find many areas where you can stock up your supply and etc. Burning/using up a Shiv to unlock a door is generally well, well worth it!

For sure keep playing it, IMO!

As for Batman, I've played them all except the newest which I am totally sad they choose not to make it for the PS4. If it's anything like the other ones, then it should be awesome!

Most of the time you can just sneak past the clickers without having to take them on.

Rocksteady did not do Arkham Origins, WB Montreal did. I have played all 3 and AO is the weakest of the series but I enjoyed it. Just expect Arkham City again with some new story elements.

That's part of the suspense of playing Last of Us, you can't just fight every creature if you get caught. You pretty much have to take your time and sneak past the Clickers. Don't look for a fight with them. The game gets much better, just be patient with it.

I've also been playing Batman: Arkham Origins because I got it for Christmas as well. It's good, but a bit repetitive. A lot of the same thing over and over, wash, and repeat.

Thanks for the input. I got stuck on one level for like an hour, because I kept getting bitten by the clickers... I believe it was the train station part, still early in the game. and there must be 5 or 6 of them in this area, with one or two infected ones... Even if I got past the first few, the girl with me would end up shooting at one of them, and then it would just be a matter of time before they found me.

Maybe I'll give it another shot, I have to get off NHL first, that game is damn addicting. Maybe the best sports game of the last few years...
