I do however like what I see out of Baker. Maybe he takes a spot next year and we get a real fullback?

I think our backfield next year is
RB1 - draft/FA
RB2 - Dion Lewis
RB3 - Edwin Baker
FB - Chris Ogbonnaya
You don't NEED a bruising FB in the pass happy NFL. You need a guy who can stick his head in there and make a decent block in run or pass protection when you need it and can catch the ball out of the backfield. For that matter I might consider looking at Gary Barnidge or MarQueis Gray at FB as well.
As for the RB reps Baker has earned a shot at the RB3 spot at this point IMO. Lewis prior to injury was going to be our stud change of pace to TRich and I think he can still fill that role in the future. We need a young work horse RB1 for sure though.

definitely don't agree.
i think baker and lewis can battle for #1. they are both good enough imo. especially baker.

If this whole staff is replaced, I'd be ok with it. Screw the continuity for the sake of continuity. You can make a decent change in one year. This team is just as bad if not worse than last year. And they have gotten worse as the year went on, and we haven't had any significant injuries. Just horrible gameplans, no ability to adjust, poor clock management,, and bad playcalling. Theres not a single thing to build on
