He's been saying some weird crap in the locker room too. The loss carried over. He was feeling too much pressure. He was overthinking things. I once thought he was a decent backup, but I question even if the front office is going to view him in the plans after season. Man Cooper had an easy first down.

so, would you guys be cool if we just had lewis and baker in our backfield next season? with a rookie RB from the draft?

I've been putting thought into this. Personally, it makes the Carlos Hyde in the second round draft selection all the more wiser. Those three, I'd personally would be happy with!

Perhaps. I like a bruiser style ground and pound running game with a FB. But I am old school like that. And it supposedly does not work anymore.
But I likw thr way Baker runs. And he is a STACKED 210# on that small frame.
