soooooo i came up w/ an idea on my own, i got a teddy bear that when you squeeze it, it says prom!!

You could send her on a scavenger hunt with clues along the way. Or, you could get one of those small personalized puzzles made with the question printed on it. Or, you could play a game of Scrabble with her and rig the letters so you can spell PROM or something. I don't know... its been a long time since I've been in high school. Maybe its all text messages now.
