I've disabled moonlander until/unless I can get the Flash fixed.

Actually, it has no impact at all on the servers.
The only problem we've had with servers:
1. My server was more than powerful enough, but lacked bandwidth
2. The last one had bandwidth but at times lacked power because it was shared with other people hosting other things
This server is best of both worlds.
It is adequately powered and has even more bandwidth available to it than the last one. Additionally, the Arcade adds no appreciable overhead at all. The games run in the user's browser, so all the processing power is on the user's end, not the server's. The only impact to the server is bandwidth... and those games are so small they aren't going to have any impact at all.
I like to think of it as more of a community than just a message board.
Lots of us come here for more than just talking about the Cleveland Browns. We get our news here, we chat with friends here. It doesn't hurt for folks to have other things to do. We've all played the flash games that get posted from time to time and there have in the past been dozens of threads of "hey, play this game" followed by a hundred posts of "hey, I got this score". Well, this just formalizes that. It tracks the scores by user and even lets you issue challenges to people.

Well I for one thinks it sucks. I already spend nearly 8 hours a day on here, have to watch my shows for about 4, showering once a week takes about 5 minutes, sex with the wife....nevermind that doesn't happen. How am I suppose to get my 12 hours of sleep a day?

I agree entirely, and my question was borne from more of a functional standpoint, given the recent problems that have occurred with the board failing to load and to be present on occasion.
