I found a pretty cool camera that can keep people up to date on the changes at the stadium. It has two cameras so you can look at both ends of the stadium and has nice zoom and scroll features. http://www.earthcam.net/projects/turner/firstenergystadium/?cam=cam1

Cool.
Just a thought - could this be "stickied" at the top of the tailgate forum?

Didn't feel like making a new thread, so this one is the most-fitting. Browns announced season ticket prices will remain the same (kind of shocking, I'd thought with the renovations that there indeed would be an increase). This is now six straight seasons that the ticket prices remain flat. Good job Jimmy! http://www.cleveland.com/browns/index.ss..._special-report

Come on man, they aren't going down. Like the price or not, ours are about as cheap as they get. My invoice is in the books...$2604 for 2 seats.

I'm just yanking their chain. I don't even have an idea how much they are or they are vs. others clubs. My Sunday Ticket isn't going down but it's not club specific.

I know.
I also know the price is going up as soon as we win a few games. I am sure Haslam is getting some pressure from other owners to increase prices so those fans can't point to Clevelands prices.
I will expect to see a 5-10% increase next year and another a season or two after that....at which point I am probably out....but that is the point I was probably out anyway. A move to Florida is on the near horizon, I am getting old, so getting up to 5-6-7 games a year is a chore.
I worked the plan.

Hope this isn't the last year I have em. Hard to give back my isle seats on the 35. But if we don't end up with a qb at the top of the draft it might be the last straw.
Who am I kidding though. I'll still pony up each and every year for some reason. Go Browns!

My problem is, whomever schedules for the Ohio National Guard seems to hate football..
The passed 3-4 years I've had drill on opening weekend, the Pitt home game, and about half our home games...
Jerks!

Yes I am. Thanks again for selling me the psls. I've had some great times in those seats (more lousy times) but the wins are easier to remember. I've never put in for seat relocation. Isle seats and mens bathroom is right there. seats I had before was right in the middle of the row.

It's pretty cool to keep up with the progress. You can take it back to another date to see the changes. I just did....last Tuesday to today...you see it comming down.
In time we'll see things start to go up.

oh nice, couple years back we were doing our pre-deployment training in Cincy, (was part of the add-ons for the mission) The 1sgt first words in formation were, I'm from Oklahoma and a Sooners fan, not an Ohio State fan so we won't be getting out early to watch the OSU/Mich game. Almost the whole Company let out a big "sigh"

From Camera 2, i'm happy to see section 345 get whacked. That was the most awful design flaw i've seen in a stadium. You can't see half the field from those seats! Finally getting torn down. Hooray!

j/c After looking at the pound and ignoring the fact my seats aren't there at the moment , I notice a whole lot of sunlight coming from where the "Legends Club" was. I hope that private club never exists again and they create a bar / concession area for everyone like before.

Not sure how that went. I understand taking it private, but I do think it was overpriced. I think it should have been priced in the $300-400 dollar a year range......not $800, but I don't think a space like that should be open to the public on a first come basis.
Make it right for the guy or gal who maybe can't get club seats but what to have a more upscale outing....people who don't mind tossing in a extra $20 or so to have some heat and air, some better food, and a place to take a wizz that isn't totally trashed.

Lot's happening. I check in every day for the most part.
Looks like the crews have most of the structure at both ends down for the most part. Now I would guess we will see the buttressing for the scoreboard next and work on the lower stands expansions.
My hope is the sound people were in early on this deal. I want a loud stadium. The one we had wasn't with the open ends to allow sound to escape. My hope is sound engineers said angle the scoreboards and this pitch, enclose the corners this high, add some padding here and there and all sound will be focused at the field.

What?
Actually, I have had a home there for near 10 years now. Bought it at a good time. We keep saying we are going to move there but still haven't. We just go there for weekends here and there. My wife and a few of her girlfriends just went there a couple of weeks ago.
I hasn't sunk yet.

That's a tough one. The top of the endzone is still/was lower then the upper deck..so it just depends on if you like being lower or like being more towards the center of the field.
Since the folks who have sat in the endzone seem to like that vantage spot, any move is probably going to be viewed as bad.
I don't like it for them, but it is what it is.

Looking at the blurry seating chart on the Browns site, they are worse since they are not as towards the center. The section is listed as 118a. Same row number. Going by their new chart, I was in 118b near the goal post end. I didn't even think about being relocated sitting in the lower pound, but they did it. I must have glossed over the change since section number and row looked the same.
I didn't get notified by email. There is a notice in very small print much lower on the invoice stating I was relocated.
I thought about looking at invoice again after looking at the construction cam and kept noticing the area near my seats have no seats and wondered if they boot me. Technically my seats are still there in the picture! I've had those since the Browns came back. Sucks. I knew most of the people around me and now???

You'll make new friends.
I didn't think any of the lowers would be impacted, but I guess a few had to be removed to allow for footings for the new stands.

j/c Okay I'm looking for some clarification from someone. It was reported that PSL's were done away with when Haslam bought the team. So could one of you season ticket holders clear that up for me?
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

No more are being sold by the team...PSL holders still hold the PSL and if someone wants a PSL, they have to buy it from a current holder, and there are advantages to holding a PSL .
Face it, the remaining seats are hard enough to sell as a season ticket let alone telling someone they have to spend a couple of grand extra to get them.
The best seats are already owned by PSL holders, unless you include pound seats...I do....no PSLs were sold there. Any good seats that come open will be taken by PSL holders. They get priority over non-psl holders and walk-ups when it comes to seat relocation, and there are always plenty of requests submitted.
Hope that helps.
All I will say is I am glad I upgraded to Clubs when I did. I think the demand will go through the roof. We are going to win this season and people will come out of the woodwork wanting a premium seat and willing to pay the premium associated.
