Hopefully Chapman makes a quick, full recovery from the liner to his head a few days ago. That was horrible to watch.

Hoover's got it under control for a month or two, I'm ok with that.

Any longer than that, I would start to get nervous.

Like the change to Price as manager but i think the Reds' lack of a true hitter to go with Votto and their lack of starting pitching depth are gonna keep them from winning the NL Central. Hope I'm wrong but I just don't see it.

I know it's just one game, but watching them not score a run with runners at the corners and 0 outs just feels a lot like last year.

...and five outs!! St.Louis had two errors. But, one game does not a season make.

I vow to smack everyone who says the importance of the running back is diminished in the NFL today.

Yeah. But losing your first four series and your second 1-0 game of the year on your way to a 3-8 start is anything but encouraging.

The offense is just.... impotent.

The Reds problem is that they have to many light hitters and to many all or nothing hitters. They desperately need someone who can get on base consistently and a middle of the order batter who can hit for average and move people over.
