Pretty much just beer for me. Although, down in Bristol every year, my brother in law takes the Captain - and the captain mixes well with just about anything. Course, I only drink captain maybe one day a year.
Like I said, beer for me.

Jack and Coke
Jack and diet coke for me since I am a health concious drunk . Whn I go out this is what I generally drink since that way I can drink and not have to worry about my sugar going through the roof(I am diabetic). I generally like to have a double shot of jack to get started and then sip Jack and diet coke coke to get my buxx to level suitable that I become handsome and witty.
As far as the vodka goes. I dont drink the stuff generally but one time I was at this fancy scmansy party where they had caviar and bre and nasty crap like that they were serving this russian vodka with the caviar. Stuff was really smooth but packed on hell of a whallop. For some reason i think it called Kamchatka or something like that. The party was put on by the Plain Dealer so I know it was real high shelf stuff.

Like I said earlier yesterday, I tried the Ciroc, and was pleasantly pleased last night. Very good vodka, and definately on par with Goose. One day, I'll have to try them along with some other premium brands together, but it certainly did the trick last night. Very smooth. If you're in the mood from straying from the course, I'd recommend it.
Did about 4 martini's (2-3 shots a piece) and roughly 10 beers last night, and thankfully feel perfect today.

Ciroc is only on par with goose because they are both French vodkas imo...I mean at the end of the day if you willing to drink Ciroc and you don't go out for martini's often, you may as well spend the extra buck or two and just get Grey Goose
Now I drink vodka a lot so I don't drink grey goose all the time because i' d go flat broke so other than the holidays when I get a fifth I have to buy my own....I usually go with Absolut because I really like all the different flavors they offer and they are fun to tinker around with in the summer time when I feel like mixing up some vodka and tonics...other than that I usually go with Ston or Skyy. Skyy is especially made for martinis so thats a good one to have if you can't make decision next time your out for martinis and don't want to break the bank on Goose.....

I'll take Kamchatka...
Then I'll run it through a Brita filter 6 times so it tastes like Grey Goose. I can't drink that burning junk normally.
Svedka does the job pretty well too.

If I'm at a club, then I'm typically drinking mixed drinks (I know, I know). My drink of choice is Redbull/Vodka. If I have the option for vodka, I'll choose Belvedere vodka everytime, even if it costs more. Grey Goose would be my second choice. Then whatever after that.

While I would have to agree on Goose. I rarely purchase it, well...because I'm cheap I like a decent middle of the road for summer consumption. After all the talk about Three Olives, I will be picking a couple of those up. I have almost grabed on on several occassions. I'm surprised no one in the 20-30 range has mentioned Fris or Sky. they tend to be what I pick up. Seem to be a nice combo of quality and price. How do they compare with Three Olives? On record here with the anit Absolute crowd. WAAAY overhyped. Other than Vadka... Love a Bombay Sapphire and Squirt MMMMM. Exellent summertime drink.

Roc -
I've had all three, and 3 Olives is far superior to both Fris (which I don't think is that smooth, reminds me of Absolut) and Skyy.

I've had bad experiences with Three Olives.
We drank it prom weekend and the stuff didn't mix well with anything, it was terribly strong. Three Olives Cherry is great though.

No that want it then. I have probaly seen Kamchatka on the shelfs and was thinking of that. I just know it was very expensive Russian vodka and they would only let us have it in like these little thimble sized shot glasses with the Caviar so I got a buch of hits of caviar drank the vodka and threw the caviar in the garbage.

Oh man that vodka sounds like the stuff I used to get while in Germany. My one friend was able to get Russian Champagne as a birthday present from her family. She shared the champagne with us and I will tell you right now...that is the best I have ever had or will ever have again (unless I am able to get the Russian stuff). I small flute of it and you were hammered.
