[quoteOne could only hope. What I was referring to is the pee contest over what should and shouldn't be the law. I could care less about what will be or could be. I care only about "WHAT IS"
+1... PM if they ever make a decision... this argument is just too tedious.

Side question.
The NFLhas rules in place so that reports like these don't come out, so why the ____ did OTL and ESPN report it in the first place?
Do they hate Cleveland THAT much that after ONE NIGHT of positive outlook they had to throw dirt in our eyes?
And whos the tester that spilled the beans? Has he been fired? Are we trying to sweep it under the rug?
Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

Don't worry Gordon will be gone for the year. No point in stressing over it. The potheads who are so eager to have their drugs legalized just have a fantasy that their precious pot hasn't ruined yet another talented kid.
The thing is all these players signed an agreement with the NFL to follow certain rules and regulations. It doesn't matter what the law is or will become. An employer can fire you or penalize you anytime there is a breech of contract. Just because he has talent does not entitle him a job in the NFL. Josh has to follow the same rules as everyone else. IF he smoked pot and he most likely did, since he still hangs out with potheads, then he is gone for a year. IF his friend was smoking in that car with him when he was speeding in it then his career is most likely over.
I'm done worrying about Josh. He is just another great athlete addicted to pot who choose pot over having millions and millions of dollars. I got no room for sympathy in my heart for idiots like that.
You can't fix stupid but you can destroy ignorance. When you destroy ignorance you remove the justifications for evil. If you want to destroy evil then educate our people. Hate is a tool of the stupid to deal with what they can't understand.

not only do I think the nfl shouldn't lighten the punishment for it but I think they should make it like peds. 3 strikes and your out and never play again. whats more uncle sam should make it mandatory that any one caught with pot more than once should be operated on so they cannot have kids. cannot be around children, and should have there own little colonies until the rot of drugs is burned out of our country.
I just want to thank all the pot heads on the board for showing me what a widespread and dangerous problem this really is. even California is saying "wow" "we don't want the problems Denver has"
not only that but I am going to try to get a referendum for the 2016 election to implement a constitutional amendment to do the things above.
