peen...problem is, I'm sure the NFL has the most sophisticated testing available and it appears that they have the right to randomly test any player...if Johnny is tested and comes up dirty, the NFL will know what he was using the dollar bill for.

Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel returned to Vegas for the Fourth of July weekend. Naturally, there are photos.
And one of them is leading to plenty of speculation.
Via BustedCoverage.com, one picture shows Manziel in a bathroom tightly rolling money. Rolled dollar bills are often used for snorting cocaine and cocaine is often snorted in the bathroom of a nightclub. (At least that’s what they did in the ’80s. I’ve heard.)
We won’t speculate on what Manziel planned to do with the money, and there’s no evidence in the photo of any cocaine or other banned substances. And if anyone knows of any reasons why Manziel would be tightly rolling money in a bathroom, feel free to drop them in the comments.
Players are tested for banned recreational drugs only once per year. If Manziel had his test during offseason workouts, he faces no further testing until April 20, 2015.
Unless, of course, the powers-that-be regard the photo as reasonable cause for asking Manziel to donate a cup of urine for insertion into a machine that will determine whether the urine contains evidence of any banned substances.
Meanwhile, it’s been less than two weeks since the Browns reportedly told Manziel to tone it down. Whatever Manziel planned to do with that dollar, he isn’t toning it down — especially since other photos posted at BustedCoverage.com show him kissing Playboy Social model Dallas Parks.

I agree with you YT. I'm also tired of the "he's only 21". College is over. He is now in the work force; an elite and privileged work force. Why aren't we hearing about other draft picks laying out a path of probable future of grief? I was not a Johnny fan and didn't want him. When we drafted him I got caught in the happiness of everyone else. This man needs to straighten up. All he has to do is look at Gordon. He has a GREAT EXAMPLE of screwing it all into the ground. I can tell you how it's going to play out in the lockerroom...that shine Manziel had when he showed up in Cleveland, just fadded away. Manziel just lost much of the respect he had when he first showed up. Now, many (coaches and players) will view Manziel for what he is.
Yep, Johnny is sure building himself one helluva reputation...

I do not think either of them are dumb. I think they deliberately defy authority.
One thinks it is because "I am not going to bow down to nobody." ( insert slang here) them!
And the other thinks it is cute like a reality TV douche. Because he has gotten away with it his entire life.
And both of them are trying to impress and outdo the groups of nobodies they each hang with.
Call it immaturity or unwinding in off time all you want. But this stuff is way too schoolchild for anyone with any sense of personal responsibility.
They both need to be taken out back of the woodshed for a sock party. IMHO.

Exactly, the Browns shouldn't address any of these speculation photos.. which brings me to my point... If you are in a bathroom with a celebrity like Manziel and you think he's going to do some drugs, wouldn't you stick around to get the money shot? It just seems to me that there are two kinds of people, those that would walk right by and do nothing and those that would find a reason to stick around for a minute to try to get a photo that was worth something.. why get half of something? I don't know... If I was somewhere with a super model and she was getting undressed I wouldn't snap a photo of her as she unbuttons her blouse and then post it saying that it looks like in 10 minutes she's going to be naked.

No doubt. You see how it plays out.
If I was Haslam I would call the league office and request they use their descresson to first question him about the photo, then use their power to make the kid give a sample. There seems to be enough evidence to compell a look..
My thinking is if it is nothing, then it needs to come out. If the kid is snorting, my thinking is to cut him off at the knees early on. Maybe that will put a jolt in to him.
If there is indeed illegal activity going on, stopping it now is going to be easier then trying to stop in in 1-2-3 years from now once the kids head swells up bigger than a picnic ham.....not that it isn't already a bit swollen.

They chat while in line, or even while going, like chicks. But even in this day and age, I'm pretty sure an attempt to take a picture at the urinal would result in someone's teeth being knocked out.
