They are a stable organization with little turnover and a franchise QB.

Damn, three teams from the division in the playoffs and we aren't one of them. Disappointing to say the least. To go 7-9 when we started 6-3 is ugly.
The off season will be interesting. But then I always say that and the season ends up like this....
