My biggest hope for the off season is for West to get HIS head on straight. He could be really good for us if he'd quit the off field crap.

Guys, this team won 7 games with a true back up QB. What could have been if there was a real NFL caliber starting QB. Hoyer is OK as a back up. Johnny Manziel and Conner Shaw are not starters and not even good back ups at this point in time. Maybe 3rd stringers. This off season this team MUST find a QB or next year will be much of the same.

I really didn't think San Diego would lay an egg in Kansas City. Oh well, there's always next year. It will be "WONDERFUL" seeing every other AFC North team in the playoffs. LOL

We have to be the worst FINISHING a game team in the NFL ! We are not mentally tough. For years Balt had no QB and would constantly win games like this. Their D would do it singlehandedly. For the most part we have a bunch of guys who just give up. I would love to see our D deliver a win. Had a chance in the Colts game. Had a chance here too. I've been a huge Haden pimp all year. But he's never made a winning play in a game. Instead Smith catches a long bomb on him. Difference between winners and losers.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

3rd string QBs rarely win against good teams. We hung in with him for 3 quarters ..... and that really was more than I expected.

we over performed this year against terrible opponents.
If we don't get a QB... we may only win 3 or 4 games next year.

I agree but lets look at a Veteran FA Starter and not another wasted 1st Rd. pick

Had our offense been able to produce more points and sustain a couple of longer drives, he probably would not have been put in the position where one play loses the game.

This last 2 months has been as bad as we've EVER been. I have NO optimism going into next year.
Couple that with the way we draft and we are firmly entrenched as the reigning kings of suck.
It's our lot in life. Sooner we embrace it.

This was an exciting season. There were lots of improvements. They also missed alot of opportunities. With the exception a few games, they were relatively competitive in most of their games.

Well...the Browns gave a decent account of themselves today. Nice effort considering the expectations were so low.
It will be nice to watch playoff caliber football later today and tonight.

In close games like this you sometimes need your best player to win it for you...to make that game defining play.
