I came up with this trivia question about 20 years ago while I was sitting in a sports bar and realized "HEY! There's NO games on TV today."
Over the years I've probably asked ~ 50 people this question. Only 2 people figured it out correctly. Will you be number 3?
A great feature of this question is that I don't believe it is easily answered by simply "Browsing the Internet".
You actually have to think about it.
Are you ready?
Are you really, really ready?
Here it is:
There are two days every year when there is NEVER a game played in any of the 4 major league U.S. sports (baseball, football, basketball & hockey). What are those two days?
This is not a trick question.

It's in Baseball season ...... as a hint. (I heard this one in a bar years ago)
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.

I'll hazard a guess and say Memorial Day and the 4th of July? Or perhaps one of those and Labor Day?
WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM my two cents...

You wouldn't believe how long takes people to figure out which team does not have a logo on their helmet.
Some never do.
Name the player(Browns) that outscored #32 Jim Brown? In the same season.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I knew the answer, but good question.
I wonder if 9 months from this time there are LOTS and LOTS of newborns.

Nice one. Yes. Carl Hubbell - as a pitcher in baseball and (I believe) as a referee in football.

Actually he played both OL and DL in the NFL. And it was Cal Hubbard. Short for Calvin.

Keanu Reeves played a former college QB from the SAME college in two different movies.
Name the movies, the character names, and the college.
Probably an easy question for this board, but I enjoy bringing this up from time to time with a group of people. Just kind of a fun question.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

Only 4 colleges have had both a president and Super Bowl MVP attend.
Name them.

Question: Who played in the first ncaa basketball championship game?
Answer: Kind of odd/ironic - so, who were the first 2 teams to play for the ncaa basketball championship?

Roethlisberger won a Super Bowl MVP? The most recent Steeler SB MVP's were Hines Ward and Santonio Holmes. Can't find where Ben ever did.
Still a great trivia question though.

I got Brady / Ford and Staubach / Carter right away. When I tried to search the rest, the first guy I thought of was Roethlisberger because I was pretty sure there was a Prez from Miami (Oh). Either way, good question - it got my old brain percolating.

You are correct sir. That is one of my favorite sport trivia questions.
Tupa was the holder for extra points, he takes the snap and just runs it right up the middle for the conversion.

In fact, he converted three 2 point conversions that year. Earned himself the nickname Tom "Two Point" Tupa.

Incredible coincidence (I'm sure I wasn't the only one who realized):
Tom "Tupa" - "Tu-P-A" - "Two-Points-After"
