Only in Cleveland does the WR coach get so dissected. Hilarious. For their sins as a head coach and not positional too! I have no clue on Joker, but man, Pettine did a lot of interviews finding the guys he wanted. I'm sure it is dysfunctional!

J/C If this has been posted already then refs feel free to delete it. I thought this article was interesting based on the quote from Pettine and also for Phillips' own comments about his relationship with Flip. I don't think you can under estimate the benefit of working in an environment of mutual respect and desire for shared success. I'm probably sensitive to this given the absence of these qualities in my present situation. Anyway, its a foundation to build on. link

I guess I should have used the word Critique instead of Criticize to better cover both side of the spectrum...Since we are using words carefully I would think Salivate would be more appropriate if I said SPIT ON the O.
It doesn't always have to go to the extreme.
waiting and seeing I would think is an obvious to both ends of the candle.

All I've heard about him was that when it was announced that someone (Rex Ryan I believe) stated how the Browns wide receivers will know how to block.
We'll have to wait and see I guess ....
