How about I just throw a pile of poop at a fan? Behind the fan will be the names of potential draftees. Whichever draftees get the most poop will be the ones I will predict as our selection.

ok I took the listing of the QB's invited to combine, my son put them on a dart board and I threw 3 darts ( actually 6 , 3 hit the board, two hit the wall and the third one hit the cat, who was really pissed).
here are our QB wants

If I taped names to the wall and threw darts I could have done a better job than our FO over the years.  Not if you taped the wrong names to the wall.

Most teams use a point system same as colleges do.
Each player is evaluated and given points accordingly. For sake of argument 100 points is the best score.

Then for the draft they use modifiers to adjust that score. For instance, character concerns might make them lose 5 to 10 points. Being in a position they really need might add 5 to 20 points. Durability might add or subtract points. Each team will have unique modifiers but over all it works something like that.
That is why it's BPA for THAT particular team.
You can't fix stupid but you can destroy ignorance. When you destroy ignorance you remove the justifications for evil. If you want to destroy evil then educate our people. Hate is a tool of the stupid to deal with what they can't understand.
