I can't post the article telling you about it or I'll get yelled at for "pimping my site", but I figured it's worth posting. When talking about an idiotic statement from Michael Smith on ESPN, he basically went on to say "even Browns fans aren't that dumb"..

If someone wants to link the story, feel free...I'm not allowed

The Browns comment didn't bother me.

What did was the guy wrote an entire article about Quinn leaving the green room after 2 hours. An entire article for that? Big friggin' deal. If that's all you got to write about, you need to find another job.

It's a hobby site...and pardon me if it's not up to snuff for you.

I just figured that a few people in here might find it interesting that some geezer in Orlando took a shot at them...that's all. I never claimed it to be story of the year or anything, just a point of possible interest for some of the other 730 members on this site. Not just you

Besides, how often are more trivial issues than this posted here? Forgive me for not gearing my entire "posting experience" toward what YOU wanted out of a thread

What the hell are you talking about?????

You posted an article about a writer taking a shot at Browns fans.....like you're wanting us to fire back at him. And when I do, you get on me for it?

Dude, you don't make sense.

I didn't make one comment about your damn site, just that the guy wrote an entire article about Quinn leaving the green room early. I didn't know you get offended so easy. Geesh. The comment wasn't a knock on the site. I can't believe you got your panties all in a twist over my comment. You really don't make much sense.

I think he misunderstood you....I was going to say something a little while ago, but knew you would be back to do it yourself.

i can't speak for anyone else, but honestly, i really don't care what this guy has to say, i am on too much of a high from what the browns were able to do saturday...

besides, i've heard from people elsewhere that browns fans, are great, loyal, knowledgeable fans...

how many other fanbases would go as crazy as we did for a left tackle...

i don't care what this guy, or anybody else has to say

I'm not sure what he was trying to get at...... lol I hope I didn't come off too hard. Hopefully it was a misread by him, and if it was, I apologize.

I'm telling you, it's really been a long day (and I guess I'm not really doing much to disprove the guy in this thread so far, am I?)

LOL, it's cool.....

You completely lost me. I was thinking to myself, "This kid just got completely offended by that???? I can't believe he made such a big deal about me commenting on the guy's article."

Don't worry about it. I've had a long weekend so I can relate. Such a great Browns weekend turned into a really bad one because of my daughter, and I'm a bit edgy myself due to being worn out.

Just catching up on what I had missed over the weekend and saw that thread a couple minutes ago...sorry to hear that, man. Hope she's doing better...

Now before I go and prove this guy right, I'm going to call it a night Everyone...go give him hell (tactfully)!

Sorry, I don't see what he said as being that bad. All he said was that even Browns fans aren't dumb enuff to believe that the reason Quinn dropped was because he was over-hyped cause his name is Brady. Referring to Michael Smith saying that was why Quinn dropped.

So you don't think there's anything wrong with him basically saying that if anyone was dumb enough to believe that it would be a Browns fan? "Even Browns fans aren't dumb enough" pretty clearly says (to me at least...maybe I'm paranoid - see above *L*) "Browns fans are dumb"

That article is nothing but sour grapes. The writer is pissed the dolphins didn't pick Quinn.

I enjoyed today. No one at work wanted to talk about the draft with me. That's because they know.

Hang around here long enough and you'll see quite a few who show that it's not that far off the mark.

I would probably tell him that we are some of the most knowledgable NFL fans and then I would tell him to shove where the sun don't shine or something like that.

Does this guy even know what football is?

I like how he admits that he wanted to see BQ squirm on the air, then calls the fans that attended änimals".
This guy obviously thinks his %&^$ doesn't stink. It is well known through the league that Browns fans are some of the most Football savy fans in the NFL. I'd particularly enjoy wiping that smug look off his face and laugh while he picks up a couple teeth of the floor.

sarcasm;Yea Top! Why didn't you post a Btritney story? Those are SO much more important! ;/sarcasm

It depends a lot more about WHO posts it than how important it is sometimes. Haven't you figured that out by now?

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

The first thing you need to know is you are talking about Jerry Green.
This is a guy desperatly trying to make a name for himself in a bush league town.
The only major sports team around is the Orlando Tragic.

His running mate is a guy called Mike Bianchi, he ran an article about Jacksonville , when the SB was in J-Ville, that wasn't very flattering.

Now keep in mind, everytime a rumor of a NFL team moving happens, these guys talk about how Orlando is in the running. LMAO

These are writers for the same paper that ran a poll about Shaq, and they participated in badmouthing Shaq, that helped facilitate Shaq's decision to move to the Lakers.
Shaq has stated the press, and the poll helped him in his decision to move.

Let me add these two, I hate using writers because they are so bad, make probably the worst picks during the season for some of the dumbest reasons.
They long to be writers in a major league town. The only football they know is arena.

By the way, they don't care about Miami, they follow Tampa.

Yeah, Browns fans are dumb, because we just sat there while Florida fans took Ted Ginn and set up the whole thing in the first place,...(actually the first "set up" was Savage taking Thomas; then the ball just kept rolling,...)
